If you leaves the authority code blank, system will analyse the booking for revalidation. If it’s eligible for a revalidation, agent will see a revalidation screen and will be able to revalidate the ticket.

If the ticket is not eligible for a revalidation and must be reissued and if you have left the authority code blank for the QF ticket, you will see an error “Authority number required for each passenger”
