We have implemented an automation project on our mine sites, focused on improving working conditions, making operations safer, and also
increasing productivity, thus optimizing the use of assets and contributing to operational continuity. In our Morro Agudo zinc
underground mine in the municipality of Paracatu, state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, we have implemented remote blasting from the surface, thus eliminating the need for on-site underground labor in this activity.
