Changing your Password 1. Click on Settings Office 365 Settings 16. 2. For security reasons you will be required to sign in again to access Password screen. 17. 3. Type the old Password, then type the new Password. Click on Save to complete the Password change. 18. 4. Once the Password has been saved, you will have to sign back into the system. 19. Creating a New Mail Message On the main page, click the New button. 20. Forward or Reply to an E-mail Message 1. The top right of the message or the message preview window, click REPLY, REPLY ALL, or FORWARD button. 21. Add an Attachment to an e-mail Message 1. When composing a new message or replying to an existing message, click the paperclip icon. 22. Right click on INSERT, select Attachment or Picture to attach your file. 23. Scheduling a Meeting using the Outlook Web App 1. Click on the Calendar tab. 24. 2. Click on New Event. 25. 3. Click on the + to and attendees your meeting. 26. 4. Click on + to add more attendees. To save the group, click on OK. 27. 5. To check on availability, click on Scheduling Assistant. 28. 6. Next click on the Scheduling Assistant tab to find a available time for the meeting. Here you can see that Dora already has 2 meetings scheduled for the 10:00-11:00am and 3:30-4:00pm. 29. 7. We will schedule the meeting from 12:00-2:00pm. 30. 8. Click OK to save the meeting. 31. 9. Then click the Send button and the meeting request will be sent. 32. 10. The recipient can then either accept, decline or offer a new time for the meeting. 33. 11. If you leave request responses on, youll receive a message as each attendee accepts or declines your invitation. 34. Creating a new Calendar 1. Right click on My Calendar, select New Calendar. 35. 2. Type in the name for you New Calendar. 36. Sharing your Calendar with Other People 1. On the main page, click Calendar. To the top right, click on Share. 37. 2. Enter the name of the person you want to share your calendar with in the Share with box. 38. 3. If you have more than one calendar, choose which calendar you want to share. 39. 4. Click Send to send the sharing invitation to the people youve added, or Discard to cancel. 40. Viewing Another Calendar 1. When youre viewing multiple calendars, you can change which one is active by selecting it at the top of the calendar window. 41. 2. The color of each calendar lets you know which items belong to which calendar. The background color of non-work hours will also change to match the active calendar. 42. Changing Your View There are many ways to view your mail in the Outlook Web App. Conversations are a new feature that can be enabled or disabled in the Web Interface. 43. 1. Above your e-mail, there are options for changing your view. 44. 2. Here you can sort by any number of options as well as turn conversations on or off. 45. Selecting a Theme The Outlook Web App allows you to customize the background appearance of the page. 46. 1. Select the Options icon at the top right of the screen. Then choose a theme by clicking on it. 47. 2. Click on the your theme selection. Click on OK to save your choice. 48. Setting Your Out of Office 1. Click on Settings Options. 49. 2. Click on Organize Mail and Set Automatic Replies 50. 2. Select Send Automatic replies and you will then be able to customize the reply that will be sent out. 51. 3. When finished, click on Save to start sending Out of Office messages. 52. Creating an Inbox Rule in Outlook Web App Like in Outlook, you can use Rules and Folders to automatically organize your e-mail. To create a new Rule: 53. 1. Click on Settings Options. 54. 2. Click on Organize Mail and Create an Inbox Rules 55. 2. Click on + and then select the type of rule you would like to create. In this case we want to Move Messages from someone to a folder 56. 3. In the New Inbox Rule wizard, select It was received from and then click on Select people to choose the sender. 57. 4. This will open your Address List where you can either select the sender from there can type in a custom e-mail address at the bottom. Then click OK to confirm your selection. 58. 5. Back on the New Inbox Rule screen, select Move the message to folder and click on Select one 59. 6. Here you can either select an existing folder or click on New Folder to create a new one. When finished, click OK. 60. 7. When finished, click Save to enable the rule. 61. Working with Junk Mail in the Office Web App Scenario 1 Spam reaches your Inbox 1. To Block a Sender in the Office Web App, right click on the Spam Messages and select Junk E-Mail Add Sender to Blocked Senders List. 62. 2. Simply drag the message to your Junk E-Mail Folder using your mouse. While this doesnt block the sender, Office 365 will be more likely to mark similar messages as Spam in the future. 63. Scenario 2 A valid e-mail that should NOT be in your Junk E-Mail Folder, right click on the message, select Junk E-Mail and then Add Sender to Safe Senders List 64. Adding an E-mail Account to OWA 1. Click on Settings Options 65. 2. Click on Connected Accounts or the click on the short cut, See email from all your accounts in one place. 66. 3. Click on the + to add your E-mail Account. 67. 4. Type your E-mail address and password and click on Next. 68. 5. The Exchange server will try to connect to the E-mail account. 69. 6. When the connection is complete click on Finish. 70. 7. Check your E-mail account for the notification email. Follow the directions in the email. 71. 8. Clicking on the link in your verification email will open a new window in your browser. 72. 9.
