COURSE INTRODUCTION

A scene of crime is defined as a place where crime is committed; crime scene investigation is the use of physical evidence at the scene of crime to reconstruct the scene. In this course we will get knowledge about Forensic science, crime scene management, physical evidences and evidence handling. We will also study about glass, fiber, paint, tool mark and soil as evidence.
Introduction of Forensic science, Crime scene management, Physical evidences, Investigation techniques and Rest of the modules deals with glass, paint, tool marks and fiber as evidence in reconstruction of crime scene.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Certificate Course: 10th Passed from Recognized Board/ School and basic knowledge of Science related field.
Diploma Course: 12th Passed in any discipline from Recognized Board/ School/ basic knowledge of Science related field.
Post Graduate Diploma: Graduation Passed from Registered Board/ College and basic knowledge of Science related field.
HOW TO APPLY 1. First select the course. Then Check the fees and fill up the complete
online application form or download the application form.
2. Make sure to sign the application form. Include your complete mailing address and all other details. Please provide telephone number and/or email address and also attach a self-attested photograph of the candidate.
3. Things to be send with application form:
- Attach photocopies of the Academic qualification certificates duly attested by a notary or a Gazetted Officer (Mandatory); Send three additional passport size photographs along with the application form.

CAREER PROSPECTS Fingerprint Expert: As a fingerprint expert, you would be responsible for fingerprint examination, matching, preservation, identification and maintain a standard fingerprint data for crime record in organization. Fingerprint expert is also going to be very specific and specialized in this field.
Identification Specialist: As an Identification Specialist, you would be responsible for supervising staff in the identification of individuals through electronic fingerprint searches and comparison of fingerprints with both computerized and master fingerprint files to determine identity and/or criminal history of individuals for use by authorized agencies.
