Q: What are your maximum capacities?
A: We can comfortably accommodate up to 220 people in our Ballroom
with a dance " oor and 280 people with no dance " oor. Half Ballroom
(A or B) accommodates up to 80 people each comfortably with a
dance " oor and 110 people with no dance " oor.
Q: How do I con# rm my Wedding at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley?
A: To con# rm your date, a signed contract and deposit are required.
All dates are subject to approval from our Catering Department and
are considered de# nite upon receipt of deposit and signed contract.
Should a con# rmed reservation be cancelled, all prepayments
are non-refundable unless the space is resold with an event of
comparable revenue.
Q: Do I need to make regular deposits towards the wedding?
A: Yes, scheduled deposits will be assigned prior to the day of the event and
noted on the contract, all foreseen charges must be paid for in advance. The
following payment methods are accepted: credit cards, checks & wire transfers.
Q: What are the location options on property for my wedding
ceremony?
A: We can o! er both an indoor and outdoor space for your ceremony. Outdoor
ceremonies are held on our beautiful Courtyard, surrounded by greenery with a
peaceful water fountain framing the ceremony aisle. Indoor ceremonies
are hosted in our Ballroom or event or other event spaces. Your Catering
Manager will be happy to discuss the options with you based on your speci# c
needs and expected guest count.
Q: Are there any parking charges for my wedding guests?
A: Four Seasons Silicon Valley provides valet parking services for your guest’s
vehicles. There is a current prevailing parking charge of $24.00 for each vehicle
parked overnight and $13.00 for each vehicle parked for the day, which is
reduced to $10.00 per vehicle for hosted day parking. Self - parking for your
wedding guests the day of the event will be complimentary and overnight self -
parking has a charge of $12 per vehicle.
Q: Are there any time restrictions?
A: Four Seasons Silicon Valley will o! er a total duration of six (6) hours
for your wedding, this does not include the ceremony. In addition to this
we will guarantee a three (3) hour set up time frame for vendors prior
to the scheduled start time. Events will need to conclude by 12:30am.
Additional fees for extra time may apply.
Q: What equipment will Four Seasons provide for my wedding?
A: We will provide the following for your event:
72” & 66” round tables, cocktail tables, banquet chairs, white garden chairs for
outdoor ceremonies, glassware, cutlery, glass base plates, votive candles, and a
selection of linens. Items can also be rented through your Catering Manager.
FOOD & BEVERAGE...
Q: When do I need to # nalize my menu selections by?
A: We will require to have these # nalized no later than three (3) weeks
prior to your wedding.
Q: When do I need to provide my # nal guest count by?
A: Guaranteed attendance must be con# rmed to your Catering Manager no later
than 72 business hours prior to the event.
Q: Printed Menus and Place Cards, who provides these?
A: Your are welcome to bring in your own printed material for your wedding at no
additional cost. Printed Menus are available at $5 each. Place cards at $6 each.
Q: What is the best way to communicate my cake ideas?
A: Sending pictures via e-mail is a great way for your Catering
Manager and our Pastry Chef to get a good understanding of what
you’re looking for. This way, we’ll be able to recreate the look and style
knowing exactly what your personal tastes are. Our Pastry Chef will
always be happy to work with you on the # nal creation.
Q: Can I bring my own cake?
A: A $6.00 per person cake cutting fee will be charged for a cake
being provided by an outside pastry shop.

Q: Can I substitute my dessert with a wedding cake?
A: Yes, additional fees may apply depending on the design
of the cake selected.
Q: Do you o! er special pricing for kids?
A: Kids special meals are available at $50 each (2 - 10 years old). Please consult
with your Catering Manager for speci# c menus available.
Q: Do you o! er meals for vendors such as photographers, emcees,
DJ’s etc..?
A: Upon request we can certainly arrange to have a Chef’s choice
vendor meal available, the price is $60 per person.
Q: Will we be able to do a menu tasting before the wedding?
A: Yes, a complimentary menu tasting will be o! ered for all contracted
weddings. We recommend scheduling your tasting approximately one
month before sending your invitations so you can include your entree
choices with your RSVP cards. At least two (2) weeks notice must be
provided to your Catering Manger to coordinate the tasting.
Q: What are my options for a rehearsal dinner or post-wedding brunch?
A: We have a number of locations that will perfectly suit any of these
very important celebrations, depending on the number of guests, your
Catering Manager can help you # nd the ideal space for either of these
events. Menus available upon request.
Q: Can we bring our own beverages?
A: All beverages must be provided by Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley.
We will allow wine to be brought in for the event at a corkage fee of
$35 per bottle.
Q: Do you allow outside Catering?
A: All food for the event must be provided by Four Seasons Hotel Silicon
Valley.
IN ADDITION TO THE WEDDING…
Q: Can I get a discounted overnight room rate for my guests?
A: As a gift to the wedding couple, Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley
o! ers a complimentary Executive Suite for the evening of the wedding.
In addition, we o! er a discounted rate on guestrooms, based on
availability. Please speak with your Catering Manager regarding rates
and availability for guest room and suite accommodations as soon as
possible.
Q: Is it possible to provide my guests staying at the hotel with a
welcome gift or basket upon their arrival?
A: We are happy to hand these to your guests at the Front Desk
upon their check in at no cost. Should you be interested in having
them delivered to each room, a delivery charge of $4.00 for non-
personalized gifts and $4.50 for personalized gifts per room will apply.
Q: Do you provide transportation to and from the church for our
ceremony?
A: A complimentary 12 passenger shuttle will be o! ered to transport
guests to and from your church should you exceed a room block of 30
or more room nights. A $25 gratuity fee per hour of use applies.
Q: Do you provide transportation from the airport to the Hotel?
A: Transportation to and from the airport must be arranged directly
by each guest, the hotel does not provide a scheduled transfer. Our
Concierge will be happy to assist reserving a private vehicle through
our transportation provider.
