What We Do

We work to inform students of internship opportunities through career service departments, internship coordinators, job fairs and career expos

Why Offer Internships?

Reduce recruiting costs:• Surveys of employers show one-third to

one-half of internships lead to full-time employment.

• Employers can save 100 percent in recruiting costs (estimated at 20% of starting salary).

Why Offer Internships?

Increase in tax base:• More internships equal more full-time

employment opportunities which has an impact on the tax base.

• Newly created full-time positions represent new income to the area, and thus new taxes for local and state governments.
