•Safetyrequirementsshouldbeparticularlyrespected.Theuseofelectricmechanicalactuatorinstalledinordertooperatethewindow
createsariskofinjury.Althoughthemechanismoftheactuatorisequippedwithanoverloadswitch,forcespresenttherearestrong
enoughtocausephysicalinjuries.Whenclosingthewindow,theactuatorexertstheforceof250N(app.25kg)!
•IftheZ-Wavewindowiseasilyavailablee.g.window'sbottomedgeislowerthan2.50mfromthefloor,specialprecautionsshouldbe
takeninordernottoallowrisingofhealthrisk.
•Thisequipmentisnotdesignedforusebypeople(includingchildren)withlimitedphysical,sensoryormentalability,orbypeoplethat
donothaveexperienceorknowledgeofequipment,unlessitisdoneundersupervisionoraccordingtoequipmentusageinstructions,
whichareprovidedbythepersonresponsibleforsafety.Donotallowchildrentoplaywithequipment.
•Afterunpacking,checkthewindowelementsforanysignsofmechanicaldamage.

•Plasticcontainersusedforpackingshouldbestoredoutofchildrenreachastheymaybeapotentialsourceofdanger.
•Childrenarenotallowedtoplaywithcontrollers,controllersshouldbestoredoutoftheirreach.
•Thewindowshouldbeusedaccordingtoitsintendeddesign.TheFAKROCompanyshallnotberesponsibleforanyconsequencesbeing
theresultofimproperwindowuse.
•Anyactivitiesrelatingtocleaning,adjustmentordismantlingelectricpartsofthewindowshouldbeprecededwithdisconnectingthe
powersupply.
•Electricpartscannotbewashedusingsolvent-basedsubstancesoropenstreamofwater(donotimmerseinwater).
•Anyrepairsofthewindowshouldbycarriedoutbyserviceauthorisedbythemanufacturer.

1.Topreventcondensationofwatervapouronthewindowduringthewinter,itisnecessarytomakeproperlyliningof
thewindowandplacesourceofheatdirectlyunderthewindow.
2.Byusingtheairinlet,automaticairexchangewithsurroundingsispossibleundertheinfluenceofthepressure
difference.Itispossibleonconditionthatthegravitationalventilationintheroomworksproperly.Manualregulationof
theairinletopeningispossible.
3.Operatingthewindowbymeansofactuatorhelpstoincreaseventilationoftheroom.
4.Incaseofroomswhereventilationthroughventilationwiresdoesnotworkproperly,itisnecessarytoventilatethe
roombycompleteopeningofthewindow.
5.Byturningthehandlethrough90degrees,thewindowisunlockedandmanualrotationofthesashthrough180
degreesispossible.Whenclosingthewindow,itisnecessarytopayspecialattentionthatbeforelockingthehandle,the
windowsashispressedstrongenough,soasnottodamagethechain'scatch.
6.Duetoappropriatelock(p.6,NC429)itispossibletocleansafelytheexternalsideofthewindowglazingunit.
7.Inordertoenjoythelongestpossiblefailurefreeuseofthewindow,periodicpreventivemaintenanceworksare
recommended.
Forappropriateworkoftherainsensor–cleaningitssurface;
Removingleavesandotherdirtfromflashingatleastonceayearinordertoensureproperflowofrainwater;
Inareaswithheavysnowfalls,precipitationlyingforalongtimeshouldberemoved.Thishelpstoreducedangerof
freezingofmeltingsnowonthewindow'sbottomelements.
8.Periodiclubricationofhingesfortheirproperworkisrecommended.
9.Incaseofwoodenwindowscoatedwithecological,clearacryliclacquer,dependingonexploitation,repaintingis
recommendedevery3-5years.
10.Actuatorisfactoryprogrammedonthefirstchannelandonthefirstgroupofbuttonsontheremotecontrol.The
ZWP10remotecontrolcommunicateswiththewindowbyusingradiowaves.Itispossibletochangetheprogrammed
channel.Todothis,refertotheusermanualofZWP10(NC851)remotecontrol.

oflosingremotecontrolorrunningdownitsbatteries.Remotecontrolforwindowsandaccessoriesoperationinorder
toimproveuser'scomfortisineveryroom.Additionally,atexitdoor,keyboardforsimultaneouswindowsoperationis
placed.Itisconvenientfunction,usedespeciallywhenleavingthehouse,iftheuserwantstocloseallwindows
