will also get Online Doubt Removal Support to help them in their preparation, even without joining FIITJEE.

Students must appear in both Papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2) to become eligible for Cash Scholarships / Program Fee Waivers / Hostel

Fee waivers. Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers for Class VIII, IX, X & XI will be decided on

the basis of combined performance in Paper 1 (40% weightage) & Paper 2 (60% weightage) and subject to scoring above minimum

cut-off marks in each subject of both Papers.

In case of Class V, VI & VII, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers will be decided on the basis of performance in

the Paper and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in each subject of the Paper.

Class V, VI, VII & VIII) and mathematics, Physics & Chemistry (for Students of Class IX, X & XI). Schools will also be awarded

trophies in case a Student from that school bags a medal for overall performance.

Schools can encourage their Students to appear in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam & win laurels for the School as well as Subject

Teachers.

Every School Principal has the exclusive privilege to recommend a maximum of 21 Students (3 Students each from Class V, VI,

VII, VIII, IX, X & XI) and FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam registration fee will be waived off for these recommended Students.

In case a very big school, with a large number of talented Students is desirous of recommending more than 21 Students, then

itshouldcontactthenearestFIITJEEcentreinwriting.ThefinaldiscretioninthiscasewillremainwiththerespectiveFIITJEE

Centre Head / Centre Coordinator. Decision will be based on the performance of that school in JEE Advanced, JEE Main, KVPY,

Olympiads, SAT and NTSE in the previous years.

In addition, a Best School Shield will also be awarded to the School which gives the best performance by its Students in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam in a particular zone.

The Best School Shield will be awarded to the school accumulating maximum points in its corresponding zone as per the following point system :

• For every Gold Medal won by a Student - 5 points

• For every Silver Medal won by a Student - 3 points

• For every Bronze Medal won by a Student - 1 point

Principal of the “Best School Shield” winner School will also be awarded a shield.

1. First of all an account (a parent or a Student account) has to be created. If student is registering himself / herself, create a student account

and if parent / Guardian is doing a registration for his / her ward, please create a parent account. A parent can register more than one child

from his / her account.

2. If a Student is already enrolled in a FIITJEE program, please use ‘Add Enrollment Number’ link to add your Enrollment Number or if a

Student has appeared in any previous FIITJEE Test like FTRE / EVT or Admission Test etc., please use ‘Add Registration Number’ link to add

your Registration Number of the Test given. If the registration / Enrollment Number gets linked, the system will calculate the Registration

Fee for FTRE, 2014 accordingly.

ii. Online Funds Transfer (nEFT) - If you choose this payment option, the website will generate a unique account number for you, where

you have to transfer funds using NEFT. Your Hall ticket will be emailed to you within one hour of receiving the funds in FIITJEE’s account.

You can also download your Hall ticket at a later stage from the ‘past registration’ section given on the website. Please note that after

a successful funds transfer it may take up to one working day for the funds to be credited in FIITJEE’s account.

iii. Funds Transfer (nEFT) through any Bank Branch – If you do not have the facility of making an online NEFT transfer, you can approach

the nearest branch of any Bank and request them to transfer funds in FIITJEE’s account number uniquely generated for you. Generally,

all banks offer this facility but it is recommended that you approach a bank / branch where you or your parent’s have an account. Please

note that after a successful funds transfer it may take up to one working day for the funds to be credited in FIITJEE’s account.

note 15 (a): The registered office of FIITJEE Limited is atNewDelhi. All disputes and differences of any naturewith regard to the FTRE,

subsequent enrollment and studies shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The

Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and

Statutorymodificationthereofandrulesmadethereunder.Theawardofthearbitratorshallbefinal&binding.Thearbitratorso

appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employee of FIITJEE Ltd. or its sister concern, and for reasons

of having any prior linkage with the company. The seat of arbitration will be Delhi. All the parties - Student / parents / guardian

& FIITJEE agree that they shall not commence or maintain any action in a court of law relating to FTRE, subsequent enrollment

& studies at FIITJEE except for enforcement of the arbitral award. All parties waive any right to appeal. This is needed for speedy

redressal of issues & all parties agree to this.

note 15 (b): Subject to 15 (a) herein above, the exclusive Jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in Delhi / New Delhi Courts only.

Taking the initiative of helping the economically underprivileged to a larger level, in the year 2008, FIITJEE constituted FORTUNATE 40

– A program to provide world-Class training to serious Students from financially weaker backgrounds to achieve their goal of success

& Top Ranks in IIT-JEE and Other Competitive Exams.

The program will financially support capable Students presently studying in Class VIII (going to IX) & Class X (going to XI) whose

total parental income is less than Rs. 10,000/- per month. FIITJEE will support these meritorious Students in their preparation

for achieving their dream goal by awarding 100% scholarships for FIITJEE programs & 100% waivers on hostel charges. For

Integrated School Program the school fee will be charged from the Student (at some locations scholarship on school fee

may also be awarded). The FORTUNATE 40 batch for each program, at each location, will have a maximum of 40 Students

only. Students will have to appear for a selection test on 8th February, 2015. There is no registration fee for the selection

test. To be eligible for the FORTUNATE 40 batch, Students have to clear the individual subject cut-offs & also the grand total

cut-off. Selected Students will be notified and admitted to the program with 100% scholarships.

The final discretion on award of scholarship in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and binding on the

candidate.

Who can apply?

aspirants of Jee advanced, 2017 {(students presently in X (going to Class XI in 2015)} &

aspirants of Jee advanced, 2019 {(students presently in VIII (going to Class IX in 2015)}

1. The Student should be presently studying in Class VIII / X and be an aspirant of JEE Advanced, 2019 / JEE Advanced, 2017.

2. Student should be from Central Government School, State Government school for under privileged section of society for

example Students studying in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Schools. The total parental income should be less than Rs. 10,000/-

per month.

Other Students (studying in public / private schools) may also apply, however their application will be considered on case to

case basis and on the discretion of the management.
