The core of World Wide Workers is our years of experience with certified welding assignments for the onshore and offshore industries.
World Wide Workers can provide design, third-party approval, pro- duction and documentation within a long range of maritime, energy and offshore equipment.
We can offer production in our modern workshop, but one of our strengths is onsite welding to minimize downtime for our customers. Our skilled welders are all certi-fied, third-party approved and using our state of the art welding equipment.
Regardless of size and complexity we can take on all kinds of welding assignments based upon your needs and requirements. At World Wide Workers, we offer trained and experi-enced technicians and service teams with a wide range of skills for the international Wind power industry.
For the last three years, World Wide Workers has been part of Siemens Wind Powers major project in England.
Our trained and certified wind turbine technicians join the existing service teams and perform a long range of welding, repair, troubleshooting and retrofit assign-ments in some of the biggest wind farms in the world.
To maintain high levels of quality we have designed a special, third-party approved training program for the employees joining our wind turbine crew.
Furthermore wellknown suppliers, such as Maersk Training and Falck Safety Services, train our wind tur-bine crew to all required Global Wind Organisation standards, and we continue to train them regularly.
Our turbine crew have full GWOs consisting of Work-ing at Height, First Aid, Sea survival, Manual Handling & Fire awareness and are wellrounded an experi-enced with the offshore turbine work.

For almost 10 years World Wide Workers has been supplying the international steel and offshore industry with skilled and trained manpower for a wide range of welding, and construc-tion assignments.
We have a wide range of skilled craftsmen, who can all function on a manpower basis for both longterm and time-limited assignments.
Our employees have experience from various construction sites in the Danish and international steel industry, and they can join existing service teams as well as solve tasks on an individual basis. They have extensive knowhow from jobs in the mari-time, offshore and energy sector and all the relevant courses to continuously be available for similar tasks.
At World Wide Workers, we only employ craftsmen with do-cumented and proven skills, and we maintain and broaden their skills through training and more courses. We take responsibility for the training and continuous certification of our employees.
We work in potentially hazardous environments, so it is important for us that our employees are trained to avoid incidents and accidents and conduct them-selves in a safe, healty and ethically sound way. All new employees have a mandatory introductory QHSE course, followed by a yearly brush-up course. All em-ployees receive an Employee Handbook informing about World Wide Workers QHSE areas and behav-ioural guidelines they are expected to uphold.

In our state of the art workshop we can handle all processes, from design to documentation, related to the manufacturing of structures and products for the offshore industry.

At our ISO 9001 & ISO 3834-2 certified workshop in Munkebo on Funen our certified welders can take on manufacturing of various products for the maritime, energy and offshore sector. In august of 2014 we joined Lind Industrial Park just one kilometre away from our workshop, this increased our capacity dra-matically, and we can now take on the manufacturing of larger structures and amounts.
We can work on docked ships or handle the process of prefabricated structures from workshop to onsite assembly all the way to the quay. In line with the mari-time, offshore and energy sectors high pace, we offer quick response and delivery time.

World Wide Workers has a thoroughly tested quality management system, which factors in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment ar-eas for a wellrounded and highly userfriendly structure.
Our quality management system maintains the consistency in the services we pro-vide corresponding with our internal quality politics and ensures a constant focus on improvement through a series of control and optimization processes.

World Wide Workers has many years of in-house knowledge and ex-perience with design and manufacturing of hydraulic systems as well as onsite installation and service.
We can offer production in our state of the art workshop, delivering systems and solutions for a wide range of machinery, vessels and rigs in both onshore, offshore and maritime industries.
We handle in-house design and engineering of hy-draulic systems with full documentation for all pro-cesses. To be able to deliver high quality construction is carried out in our ISO 3834-2 certified workshop by our skilled fitters and welders. At World Wide Workers, we have built up exten-sive knowhow in working on existing installa-tions and producing new pipe constructions.
World Wide Workers has extensive knowhow from many years in pipe construction, and we are able to deliver a long range of products and skilled service teams to perform the fitting.
We can assume both the overall main contract with responsibility for all processes and manning or function as subcontractor with our specialized skills in welding, construction and assembly.

Participation in various, large construction assignments has given World Wide Workers comprehensive and valuable experience with the Danish and international steel industry.
At World Wide Workers, we can cooperate with our customers on many different levels and partake in all processes on the construction site in cooperation with archi-tects, engineers and contractors.
Main contract: As the main contractor we can assume the overall responsibility for consultancy, manpower, timely execution and approval within a ISO 9001 certi-fied project management system.Subcontractor: We can also act as a subcontractor with our specialized skills in welding, construction and assembly on a project or hourly basis. Total solutions: We can undertake assignments in manufacturing with one point of contract for the en-tire process. We can offer production in our state of the art workshop, but one of our strengths is onsite welding to minimize downtime for our customers. World Wide Workers ac-comodates a wide range of onsite fabrication and welding services for the maritime industry.
We can perform new build, maintenance, repair and emergency breakdown work on everything from smaller sailing boats to large container ships. We work on shipyards all over Denmark and we also undetake work on ships sailing in route all over the world.

BALLAST WATER TREATMENT INSTALLATION
World Wide Workers can undertake full engineering, documentation for all processes and complete installa-tion and retrofitting of ballast water treatmant tanks on
ships in dock and in route.
World Wide Workers can provide full measuring, prefabrication, in-stallation, service and full documentation for all processes within bal-last water treatment facilities on board a variety of ships and vessels.
World Wide Workers cooperates closely with GEA in the installation of the Trojan Marinex Ballast Water Treatment and we solve both simple and complicated instal-lations of this DNV IMO Type Approved unit.
From the beginning of the process World Wide Workers un-dertakes onsite manual or 3D measurements on ships in dock as well as in route with minimal disturbance to the on-going operations.We can deliver in-house engineering or work with selected engineering partners to construct the optimal ballast water tretmant facility for the specific vessel.To be able to deliver robust and high quality construction, prefabrication is carried out in our ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2 certified workshop by our skilled welders and fitters to minimize time spent on onboard installation. This in turn is carried out by our experienced maritime service division, securing a high quality turnkey solution with minimal down-time and maximum installation flexibility.
