fun 4 you elastic is a unique, innovative system of light-weight materials offering great value and a high quality solution for creating impact softening underlays for playgrounds.The system comprises of a layer of artificial grass on top of a soft and shock-absorbing PE foam mat. The pressure regulating capacity of the geotextile that is attached to the top and bottom of the PE foam mats, creates a very stable system that can be joined together with thermoplast tape.The unique composition of the fun 4 you elastic system allows for outstanding HIC values of up to 3,2 mtr. The two types of artificial grass joyful or playgrass are available in 10 different colours, matching perfectly with all popular colours of modern playground equipment, offering an endless amount of possible combinations and variations.

The fun 4 you elastic system is easy to install. The underlay mats are installed on a stable sand base covered with geotextile and trimmed to size if necessary. The underlay mats are joined together and covered with a layer of artificial grass in your selected type and colour. The artificial grass is filled with sand as described in the tables below. fun 4 you elastic has been tested and certified to EN1177:2008 industry standards by an accredited institute. Both the certificate and test report are available upon request.
