Th e 4th grade quilt and photobook are also included. All items
are generously donated by many local businesses, along with
Dock families, faculty, staff , and friends.
All proceeds benefi t Dock Mennonite Academy.
Auction Rules1. Th e live auction will begin at 6:00 PM on Friday and will continue without
interruption until all items designated for sale have been auctioned.
2. All bidders must have a bid number. Numbers may be obtained at the auction
registration area on Friday evening.
3. Payment in full by successful live bidders must be made on Friday evening. Cash,
check, and/or credit card will be accepted.
4. All sales are fi nal and there will be no exchanges or refunds on any item.
5. Values listed with the items being auctioned are donor’s estimates and are not
warranted by Dock for tax purposes.
6. Please check with your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of your
payment(s).
7. Th e auctioneer shall not, in any event, be liable to any purchaser of any item.
8. Unless otherwise specifi ed, all auction certifi cates must be used within one year
after the date of May 18, 2018.
9. Purchasers are asked to respect any special time limits on certifi cates. Please contact
the donor within 30 days for certifi cates involving trips or other pre-arranged dates.
10. All live auctioned items must be removed by purchasers at their own expense from
the Dock campus by 9:00 PM on Friday, May 18, 2018.
11. Decisions of the auctioneer shall be fi nal.
12. Absentee bids will be accepted for items at the Live Auction. To place an absentee
bid, call the school offi ce at 215-723-1196 prior to May 18, complete an absentee
bid form located in this catalog (immediately following item descriptions), or
complete an absentee bid form at the registration table. Successful bidders must
arrange to have their purchases paid for and removed from the Dock campus by
2:00 PM on Sat., May 19, 2018. All items purchased by absentee bid will be
made available for pick up at the welcome table in the main lobby following
the auction. Certifi cates purchased with an absentee bid may be picked up and paid
for at Dock the week of May 21. In the case of a tie bid, purchasers in attendance
will be awarded the winning bid.
Th is auction catalog has been prepared prior to the auction dates and is a representative
listing of all the items donated as of April 20, 2018.
To help you plan your evening better, it is estimated that the auctioneer will be
selling approximately forty items per hour.
