We can help to personalize any of your special occasions whether they are weddings, birthdays, engagements, conferences, exhibitions,

cocktail parties or corporate entertainment. Dorset Gardens innovative design of fusing elegance & style offers versatile spaces to suit any room layout and décor. This means the spaces may be customised to suit your needs - rather than you changing your creative plans to suit an inflexible room. You can be guaranteed that every function at Dorset Gardens is treated to our beautifully prepared fresh cuisine, a selection of wines, great local wines and beers and a funky cocktail list that boasts the best choices in Dandenong Ranges, all served by our professional and friendly staff. The Lantern is located adjacent to the Dorset Gardens Bistro and is a semi

private room. Capacity: 120 cocktail 80 sit-down dinner

The Lantern Room also gives you the flexibility of ordering form our Bistro Menu, please ask your Functions Manager for menu options. The Elm offers a contemporary relaxed feel with its own private bar ideal for luncheon/Presentations

Nights and Seminars.

Capacity: 250 cocktail 150 sit-down dinner The Samara with its own private courtyard and Gazebo is truly amazing;

guests can enjoy intimate or large functions in style. With its own private bar, dance floor and modern amenities this room is sure to make any event special.

Intimate cocktail receptions may be held in this immaculately kept courtyard and the Gazebo which provides a modern, yet classic venue option. CATERING

Dorset Gardens offers a range of options for your function food. You are able to choose from our platter selection (for cocktail style functions), International buffet or our sit down menu options (for a lunch or dinner function). Should you have any concerns with dietary requirements, please contact us for alternative menus.

Dorset Gardens operates under a food safety program and in the interests of patron safety all food must be consumed on premise;

we do not allow food to be taken from the venue.

Any function where alcohol is served requires the purchase of food to align with the Responsible Service of Alcohol practices of the venue hence we require that for every 20 guests invited 1 platter of food must be ordered.

The Dorset Gardens Hotel offers 3.5 star Motel style Accommodation, featuring Double, Twin and Family style rooms as well as a modern, spacious, 5 bedroom apartment.

Positioned in a quiet location adjacent to the Function & Conference centre, guests can enjoy the close convenience, with full facilities

including on site parking, reverse cycle Air Conditioning, remote TV, mini refrigerator, Iron & board, Tea & Coffee making facilities and an ensuite bathroom.

All of the rooms are strictly non-smoking. All function clients and their guests will also enjoy the Accommodation at a discounted rate.

Sunday- Thursday Friday/Saturday Double Room- up to 2 guests $99.00 per night $115.00 per night

Twin Room- up to 2 guests $99.00 per night $115.00 per night
