During August 2018, IDR Fixed Income Fund booked performance of -0.88%, in line with the moderation of Indonesia government bond prices, especially on the short
and long-ends. The condition was due to July 2018 negative trade balance of US$ 2billion (compared to surplus US$ 1.7billion in the previous month) and Rupiah
depreciating against US Dollar by 2.15% per month to Rp.14,730. On the other hand, July 2018 inflation stood stable at 3.18% YoY (0.28% MoM), compared to the
previous month figures of 3.12% YoY (0.59% MoM). One of the government proactive measures was hiking Bank Indonesia policy rate by 25 bps to the level of 5.50%. In
the foreseeable future, Indonesia government bond market will still be vulnerable to the US economic and currency development, domestic economic condition, and other
global risks dynamic.

During August 2018, IDR Equity Fund booked performance of +1.56%, in line with the appreciation of Indonesia equity prices in the JCI of +1.38%. JCI’s performance of this
month was mainly contributed by sectors Financials (+1.20%); Consumer Staples (+0.25%); and Materials (+0.20%). Indonesia equities advanced amid the market turmoil
exhibiting in emerging markets. Negative sentiments coming from the trade spat between US-China amplified with the crisis in Turkey and Argentina had prompted an outflow
from emerging markets, including Indonesia. Nevertheless, second quarter’s earnings results and the festivities of Asian Games 2018 Jakarta-Palembang had shed optimism
in Indonesia market. From macroeconomic point of view, July 2018’s inflation stood stable at 3.18% YoY (0.28% MoM), compared to the previous month’ figures of 3.12% YoY
(0.59% MoM). Rupiah continued to depreciate against US Dollar and closed at 14,730 – or weakened by 2.15% over the month. Bank Indonesia raised policy rate by 25 bps to
the level of 5.50%. Going forward, Indonesia equity market will continue to depend on domestic economy development, USD/IDR currency movement, and global risks’
dynamics.

During August 2018, IDR China India Indonesia Equity Fund booked performance of +1.43%, in line with the strengthening of equities listed in India (+4.25%) and Indonesia
(+2.98%) amid Chinese stock prices having eroded as much as 3.88% over the month. India equities continued its rally in the second month due to its high economy growth of
8.2% YoY – the highest in two years – casting a booster for PM Modi’s government at their final term before election. Indonesia equities also advanced during the month as
market optimism hovered the back of second quarter’s earnings results and Asian Games 2018 festivities. Meanwhile, China’s equities continued to drop from last month as
trade talk with US ended with no breakthrough while tariffs kicked in, followed by negative sentiments overshadowing emerging markets such as crisis from Turkey and
Argentina. Going forward, China, India, and Indonesia equities will continue to depend on economic development, currency’s stability, and global risks’ dynamics.

During August 2018, IDR Prime Fixed Income Fund booked performance of -0.67%, in line with the moderation of Indonesia government bond prices, especially on
the short and long-ends. The condition was due to July 2018 negative trade balance of US$ 2billion (compared to surplus US$ 1.7billion in the previous month) and
Rupiah depreciating against US Dollar by 2.15% per month to Rp.14,730. On the other hand, July 2018 inflation stood stable at 3.18% YoY (0.28% MoM), compared
to the previous month figures of 3.12% YoY (0.59% MoM). One of the government proactive measures was hiking Bank Indonesia policy rate by 25 bps to the level of
5.50%. In the foreseeable future, Indonesia government bond market will still be vulnerable to the US economic and currency development, domestic economic
condition, and other global risks dynamic.

During August 2018, USD Prime Emerging Market Equity Fund booked performance of -5.18%, in line with the pull back in emerging markets equities of -2.90%. For the
past few months, sentiment negatives had kept hitting emerging market countries – starting with the trade spat between US-China followed by crisis in Turkey and
Argentina. At the end of the day, depreciation in their currencies against US Dollar had driven an outflow from emerging markets. Going forward, emerging market
equities will continue to depend on economy developments, currency stability, and other global dynamics.
