MKPA Fundraising and Play Equipment Hire
Terms and Conditions
MKPA’s Fundraising and Play Equipment Hire items are available to any member of the association
All items must be booked in advance by telephone 01908 263033 or email [email protected] and collected and returned at the agreed times.
All items need supervision – hirers take full responsibilty for the correct usage and adequate supervision of the hired equipment.
No liability shall be attached to Milton Keynes Play Association regarding any injury, personal damage or loss to the hirer or any persons using the equipment.
It is the responsibilty of the hirer that they arrive with a vehicle with sufficient capacity to transport the items hired – guidance is given in the item descriptions where a particualr size of vehicle is required, however, please note that if several items are hired, a larger vehicle may be required.
A deposit must be paid for each item hired – unless otherwise stated in the item description, this will be £25
Equipment should be returned in the condition in which it is supplied – MKPA reserve the right to use any deposit to cover the cost of repairs, or in exceptional circumstances, invoice the hirer for the full cost of repair or replacement of the hire item.
MKPA will check with the hirer the condition of the equipment at the point of collection. The hirer must notify MKPA immediately of any damage noted after collection.
For all inflatables, MKPA need to see a PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE CERTIFICATE covering the hirer’s use of the inflatable for the period of hire

our large inflatables require a £50 deposit, cannot be hired by individuals and we require to see the original of the Hirer’s appropriate public liability insurance before we will release the equipment.
MKPA can deliver the above inflatables, Milk the Cow and the large soft play sets – the delivery charge is extra.
A van or pick-up is required for the collection of the above items.
Delivery in Milton Keynes can be arranged for an additional £25
