Global Furniture Alliance is a UK based importer of upholstery from overseas furniture manufacturers. Located close to the old Severn Bridge between Bristol and Newport, GFA operates from a stock warehouse with distribu� on facili� es, offi ces and a pre-packaged spare parts service.

The whole of the UK is covered by our experienced team of Independant Sales Agents who are on hand to support our retailers with any requirements.

Useful Information 5Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Global Furniture Alliance Limited. All prices are in £ sterling, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order, alter any product dimensions or change material suppliers. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative.

Delivery

Our standard delivery lead times are 3-10 working days and 7-14 working days, depending on product and subject to stock availability. Models on a 7-14 working day leadtime are highlighted in your price list.

DHD Direct Home Delivery

GFA can offer a Direct Home Delivery (DHD) service to our customers, who occasionally require a product despatched direct to their customer. Our standard delivery charge for all chairs is £15.00 and for 2 seater sofas is £75...... and our lead time for delivery to your customer is 3-10 working days or 7-14 working days depending on product, but may be bettered.

We reserve the right to withdraw the DHD service from our offer at any time.

Lead times quoted are of course, subject to stock and the item/s will be delivered boxed, direct to your customer’s door.

The delivery charges quoted are for England and Wales only. The charges for Scotland, Northern Ireland and Eire are on application and a postcode will be required for us to confirm pricing.

Please contact the GFA office on 01291 645080 to request a new account form. Once your new account form has been completed and returned to us we will be able to set you up as a customer on our system.

GFA Service

In the unusual event of there being a fault with a product, the GFA service team will strive to handle all service issues quickly and efficiently and will make every effort to ensure that you and your customers are completely satisfied with the service you receive. GFA carries new spare parts to resolve any service issues and all models are covered by a 1 year warranty.
