At Cosatto we’ve been making quality nursery stuff for 40 years and have always been careful that the wood we select comes from sustainable sources (that means when a tree is cut down another is planted in its place).
Now we’ve decided it would be nice to give a little something extra back. So for every piece of wooden furniture we sell, we’re going to plant a tree. We’ve teamed up with some really nice people at Carbon Clear (a leading carbon management company) who work with farmers to ensure that the trees planted on our behalf are nurtured and cared for, for at least 30 years.

We like our name very much (it comes from the original Italian
factory name where our first cots were made). However, we
have noticed that sometimes people find it hard to spell and
say it properly – so here goes!
Remember 1 “S” and 2 “T”s! While it seems fairly a simple thing to
remember it’s something a LOT of people get in a muddle with!
That’s “cos – are – toe” not “cas – a – teh” or even “cos – a – toe”. Repeat
after us “cos – are – toe”! Hurray you’ve got it – now spread the word!

should have no more than a 3cm overall gap between the
