StreamLine™ Metal Edge TopsThe fluted aluminum edge of our StreamLine™ Tops evokes a mid-century, retro aesthetic. These tops deliver durability and style to any foodservice environment.

StreamLine™ Tops have a high-pressure laminate surface that is bonded to a 1-1/8" particleboard core with a backer sheet for stability and are fitted with an aluminum T-edge. A 2" radius is standard on all corners. Choose from Wilsonart®, Formica®, Pionite®, Nevamar®, or Graphic Laminates.

NeoCast™ Tops have a high-pressure laminate surface that is bonded to a 1-1/8" particleboard core with a backer sheet for stability. EnduraCore™ Solid Phenolic TopsSlim and sturdy, these tops are built to endure the test of time. What makes these tops unique is their solid black core and seamless construction. With no seams or applied edges to catch food or bacteria, they are ideal for healthcare environments.

EnduraCore™ Table Tops are made by fusing an image layer between a protective clear overlay and a 3/4" thick solid core phenolic base under heat and pressure. The image layer in the surface can be any standard Wilsonart® color or pattern or a customer or FurnitureLab™ supplied graphic. A 3/4" exterior grade plywood mounting plate is bonded underneath.

These tops can be produced with Graphic Panels made from customer or FurnitureLab™ supplied graphics or logos (p.78–104)

Resilium™

Linoleum TopsThese warm and attractive table tops are incredibly resilient. Their linoleum surface has just the right amount of “give” and firmness that sets it apart from other types of tables. Linoleum is an excellent choice for sustainability, as it is made from linseed oil — a renewable natural resource. Choose from Marmoleum® or other name-brand linoleums.

Marmoleum® has naturally occurring antimicrobial properties that make it an ideal surface for dining tables in healthcare environments.

Resilium™ Tops have a linoleum surface that is bonded to a 1-1/8" particleboard core with a backer sheet for stability. Their 1 x 1-1/4" solid wood edges can be finished in a variety of standard or custom stains (p.126). Table edges are protected with 2 coats of catalyzed vinyl sealer and 4 coats of catalyzed conversion varnish, semi-gloss.

Plywood Edge Tops MultiPly™ Tops offer both a stylish look and high performance. Their exposed multi-layered plywood edge creates a strong visual appeal that can’t be missed.

MultiPly™ Tops have a high-pressure laminate that is bonded to a 1" thick Baltic Birch plywood core with a backer sheet for stability. MultiPly™ edges can be finished in a variety of standard or custom stains (p.126) and shaped in a number of profiles. TrueBlock™ Butcher Block Tops These butcher block tops are built with select American-grown maple and oak hardwoods. TrueBlock™ Tops are 1-1/2" thick butcher block tops made of wood strips that are 7/8" wide in random lengths. They can be finished in a vari-ety of standard or custom stains (p.126). Table tops are protected with 1 coat of catalyzed vinyl sealer and 2 coats of catalyzed conversion varnish, semi-gloss.

ReNew™ Bamboo Table TopsBamboo is a rapidly renewable material that is ideal for table tops. It is cut into strips and glued together in multiple plys to create a 7/8" thick top. FiberCore™ Tops Our FiberCore™ Tops have a unique look and appeal. The exposed fibers in the surface give these tops a “recycled” aesthetic. Our various stains can give the material a wide range of looks and personalities.

FiberCore™ Tops are made from solid 1-1/8" Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) with a flat eased edge. They can be finished in a variety of standard or custom stains (p.126). Table tops are protected with 1 coat of catalyzed vinyl sealer and 2 coats of catalyzed conversion varnish, semi-gloss.

EverCore™ Solid Surface TopsEverCore™ tops go beyond the capabilities of other solid surface materials. We offer 25 choices of solid and translucent colors and patterns, as well as custom color capability. Solid surface is an attractive, long-lasting material that is continually renewable for an extra-long lifespan.

EverCore™ tops are 5/8" thick with a flat eased edge and a 3/4" exterior grade plywood mounting plate underneath. Translucent colors are painted white underneath to hide the mounting plate and give a consistent look.
