The Site:The property consists of approximately 1803m2 of Office and high truss warehouse situated on 4189m2 of Land. The property allows for one way vehicles movements around the site with the ability to drop containers or equipment without blocking thoroughfare. The Office:The office are is approx 153m2 in area with reverse cycle air conditioning through out. The office are includes a small kitchen are and female toilets, while the male toilets are accessed via the warehouse. The majority of the office is open plan but there are 2 enclosed offices on the southern end.

The Warehouse:The warehouse area has a truss height of 10.5m and is accessible via 3 side roller doors and 1 rear roller door. The warehouse also includes extensive heavy load bearing mezzanine structures which are included in the sale of the property. The mezzanine areas add another 570m2 to the usable floor space of the property.
