Floating table

these clever round and rectangular tables look dizzyingly legless at first glance. Of course, close inspection quickly reveals the mechanism behind the initial mystery – the loads are translated down through single-side arms attached to the chairs around each table.the components of these pieces look intentionally normal, making it all the more surprising when you notice there are no normal legs as such.

a series of semi-enclosed work areas was a must spatial separators needed to do more than just divide up space. Hence this modular system of storage to create a dynamic series of partial rooms while also providing much-needed storage areas.Given the visual nature of those working in the spaces, display surfaces were needed as well. Light transmitting concretelight-transmitting concrete. Filled with optical fibers that run from one end of a poured piece of concrete to the other, these prefabricated blocks and panels effectively transmit light from one side to the other. Colors and light remain remarkably consistent from end to end, but with a natural variation from the pouring process that actually softens the effects considerably. The fibers can transmit light to over 50 feet

Mobile Headboards Split Beds This may be the first truly novel idea for an adaptable bed-and-couch combination seen in quite some time. The result isn’t exactly a typical sofa, but the movable leather elements do let you use the space in different-but-similar ways, for lounging together, reading apart, or anything in between. A focus shift is the key: instead of forcing the main mattress area to fold, twist or otherwise contort itself into a new configuration, the flexible modular headboard makes all the changes you need.

Storage-Filled Sofa There is more than one way for furniture to double its functionality convertible sofa beds are a good start, but more experiments with storage might be a less-glamorous pursuit with even more possibilities. massive and dense couch-sized seats seem ideal candidates for making maximum use of available space. The black-and-white, striped-box style of the Sofa might not be for everyone, but both the seating surface and back support elements feature a series of hidden storage areas.

Space-Saving Shoe Rack

a brushed steel shoe rack inspired an ingenious alternative: a space-saving, wall-mounted, shoe-storage solution using just a pair of basic wooden boards and a few brackets to hold them in place. Lessons to be learned: even the most easy of takes some brainstorming, planning and time to purchase, finish and install materials – It takes up more space, can be knocked over and, well, it just isn’t as neat as hanging pairs of shoes from the wall.

Convertible Stealth Furniture

day these space-saving hideaway beds are subtle, tucking back into walls and leaving simple shelves and sofas behind to make their presence all the more invisible. By night they are full-fledged bedroom furniture – often still including storage space and other functions. One of the best bedroom ideas from the bunch by far is this clever convertible desk-and-bed combination. No one would ever guess that the desk, tucked against the wall

Transforming Table, Desk, Chair Most transforming, collapsing or convertible furniture has a few potential flaws and limitations. Often such furniture pieces have a number of moving parts, weak connections at at most two configurations. With both larger and smaller versions available, two to four seats along with a coffee table all emerge from a single sphere or obelisk shape. The table alone sets this apart from most transforming/collapsing chair sets, but with the passable style and transforming functional of this set one could also imagine cramped interior spaces benefiting from one of these designs.

Shelf StairCASEThe shelf “StairCASE” It’s a simple, clever and practical way to save your house space and expand your storage space.he focus for the future furniture design is on height and not in width. But current storage furniture is designed for average humans with a length of approx. 1.8 meters so everything is reachable. So to be efficient also our furniture needs to grow in height in stead of width.
