EagleLite®Ultra-thin Physical tempered glass Almaden is the leading supplier of ultra-thin physical tempered glass, with the most advanced
technology and production equipments.
Its ultra-thin physical tempered glass (thickness ≤ 2mm) has excellent quality and high yield.
The floating tempering process perfectly realizes the physical tempering of large-size ultra-
thin glass.

Anti-reflective coating solar glass The anti-reflective coating on solar glass enables more sunlight to be absorbed by the cell,
thus increasing the module power output. Almaden’s anti-reflective coating increases the
actual outdoor power generation by more than 4%, and continues to provide customers with
gain value.
MORE anti-reflective coating solar glass With strong scientific research strength and dedicated spirit, Almaden has successfully
developed a new generation of anti-reflective coated glass “MORE” series, which increases
the light transmittance of glass in the wide spectrum (400nm~1100nm) range by more than
3%.
White ceramic coated tempered glass The reflectivity of the highly reflective ceramic coated glass, independently developed by
Almaden, is as high as 80%, and the power gain of the module can be increased 4~6W.
Printing can be customized according to customer requirements.

The dual-glass module does not require an aluminum frame and
no need of grounding, so that the electrical loop forming PID
cannot be established. Therefore, the dual-glass frameless
module can effectively prevent PID.
Use glass instead of organic backsheets, POE instead of EVA.
Glasses are impervious to water, while the water permeability of
POE is only 1/10 of EVA, thus greatly reducing the possibility of
sodium ions hydrolyzed by glass, and no conditions for PID.

The frameless design of Almaden’s ultra-thin dual-glass
module enables it to be seamlessly integrated into the roof
structure. Its distinctive design can address the customer’s
requirements for various degrees of light transmittance,
presenting the perfect visual effect. It slim, flexible structures
enables the curve design of module and can be used for roof
structure such as greenhouse, carports and terraces.
Additionally, Almaden’s dual-glass modules are characterized
by Class A fire protection that prevents fire hazards in rooftop
projects.
