Challenge

Hierbas Organicas challenge was common for small businesses. Company has been looking for a solution that would enable a more personal touch with their customers. Ideally a smart email automation tool.

At the same time Hierbas Organicas needed to nurture relationship with their first time buyers customers. Increased number of repeat-buyers has been required to achieve intended company growth.

Hierbas Organicas e-shop is running on Shopify. At the same time they use Mailchimp for email campaigns with their current and prospective customers. Futurelytics has instant integration with Shopify on one side and also Mailchimp on the other side.

It was a matter of one-click to sync synced their e-shop’s data into Futurelytics. Thanks to Mailchimp API the email list with the subscribers was easily linked as well. Easiness to use and fast results are a huge benefits for Hierbas Organicas.

Solutions

1. Behavioral segmentationIt takes few minutes to process the purchase history. The system automatically recognized various customer segments and potentials with the possibility of being improved. Results

Once Jose Alberto has seen the campaigns results, he was blown away by the generated revenue. The campaigns have exceeded expectations more than four times.

Furthermore, we have observed 55 % higher email Open Rate and 47 % higher Click Rate compared to previous campaigns.

The eshop also registered extraordinarily high number of orders from returning customers, which actually was the goal. That has resulted in historically highest customer loyalty achieved after an email campaign. Customer loyalty was almost DOUBLED compared to the average impacts achieved before.

Last but not least we saw that the Average Order Value resulting from Futurelytics-driven campaigns has been 75 % higher than AOV from other efforts so far.
