*22-03-1955: connected two boulevards (De la Somme and Quai de Belgique) into one way named Chương Dương Quay.

*1920: Chinese started business, built houses, purchase rice from Western provinces, process them and exported to other countries abroad.

Comment +Near ¼ of survey-houses in original situation. +But just under 20% of them are in good reservation while more than 80% downgrade

+More than 1/3 (25/70) houses of survey are renovated houses. +But just one of them is in good restoration.

+Near ½ (31/70) of survey-houses were rebuilt.+3/4 of rebuilt-houses were follow policy and ¼ not.
