Installation basicsWash bays / tie up Areas The panels are fantastic way to give your Wash Bays and Tie Ups a sturdy, fast draining surface for a fraction of the cost of concreting or rubber! Simply lay the panels and all with road base or gravel and your surface is complete!

Arenas Tested under European conditions, the panels create the ulti-mate all weather arena surface that is 96% water permeable, creating an area that can be ridden on all year round. The panels work by separating the base of the arena from the top layer, preventing erosion, tracks, wear and eliminating damage caused by the base mixing with the top layer.Save money on the preparation of the base and use less top layer materials.

Round yards

Ideal for round yards, the panels ensure an even, dry and well drained surface, all year round.

step One: Ensure a solid and level base is present, or lay a 100mm base using road base. Lay the panels over the base. The panels click into each other for easy DIY installation.

step two: Fill the panels with a 5-10mm filter rock / gravel.

step three: Cover the panels with your bedding of choice. Cover the panels with your top layer of choice. (Sand for arenas / wood shavings for stable floorings / grass, road base, soil for paddocks)

A cost effective alternative to concrete and asphalt, made from 100% recycled plastic, the panels offer an eco-friendly, durable and long lasting surface solution that can be used in all weather, even during periods of sustained rain.

The panels allow water to easily drain through the surface (panels are 96% water permeable), while taking the direct impact off the ground underneath to stabilise and prevent erosion of the substructure.

The panels can minimise the cost of the top layer materials, as water drains through without soaking, clumping or washing away materials laid on top.

Plants and grass are able to grow in the panels with the panels cells providing a secure root base. Easy DIY installation reduces the installation costs and ongoing maintenance costs are minimal.
