EVENTS – Easy 5 Step ProcessStep One: Contact Galore Events

Any questions you may have regarding Galore Events will be answered. A brief overview of your needs will be addressed and if interested, a consultation will be scheduled.

Step Two: ConsultationPrior to your consultation a questionnaire of your event details will be sent to you to be completed. During your consultation we will review your questionnaire and specify an event date and budget.

Step Three: Review Once you have specified your choices, a detailed proposal will be emailed to you for review. Throughout this process changes can be made. A cost for Galore Event's services will be specified at this time.

Step Four: Approve Proposal Your signature and a 50% non-refundable deposit which will be applied toward your total event costs will be necessary to officially book your event. Once your event is booked, you will still have the ability to make changes. When changes are made an updated proposal will be emailed to you for review and your signature will be required prior to moving forward.

Step Five: Review Final Details72 hours prior to your event a final guest head count will be required. 48 hours prior to your event a final invoice will be emailed to you for your signature and the remaining balance will be paid in full.
