    LEARN TRAVELSPEAK

EGA International is an English language school in Ireland accredited by ACELS, the Irish Chamber of Tourism and by different private centres and academies. We are an educational centre, and for over 30 years our school has successfully implemented programmes for children and adults in Ireland with a complete immersion in Irish life and culture. As a result of our hard work, a high rate of students repeat this language experience in successive years.

Our programme in Ireland are primarily aimed towards students who want to learn, improve or perfect their level of English and each of them will perform different activities depending on their age, needs and goals. At the same time, this course encourages self-development and gives the opportunity to experience new cultures and another way of life, Irish mentality and traditions.

  • GALWAY

Galway is a commercial and cultural capital of the west coast of Ireland and it´s a charming university city with a population of 70,000 inhabitants. It is situated in the bay of Galway and surrounded by the beautiful and virgin Connemara countryside in the west and the fascinating archaeological Burren region (Co. Clare) in the south. The history of Galway dates from 1484, when the  Tribes of Galway gained a complete control over the city.

The old district with its famous Spanish Arch and remains of the medieval city walls are undoubtedly the favourite places of visitors. The Latin Quarter of Galway is very popular for its narrow streets that are full of shops, pubs, restaurants and bookstores.

The informal and friendly atmosphere of Galway with its scene of traditional Irish live music attracts visitors from all over the world, as well as its numerous festivals that enjoy an international reputation.

HOW TO GET TO IRELAND You have to get flight information from your city of origin. Most students fly to Dublin airport, as it´s accessible from their city of origin. On arrival there are various options: you can take a plane, direct bus or train from Dublin airport.

    GALWAY IN FAMILY

We place our students with carefully selected, hospitable and experienced host families that display a convincing interest in visitors from other countries. Living with Irish families encourage students to practice English, improve language skills and get to know another culture.

Only one student of any nationality is placed in a family unless an alternative arrangement is requested.
