New Strategy, Restructuring & Achievements
• The company now concentrates on executing in hand projects with the highest
quality standard, with a target to elevate the company position and image in the
market.
• We delivery our clients expectations and requirements with the aid of our
consultancy partners on the front end, providing creative ideas and expert
solutions to ensure the most efficient, cost-effective process possible through
our advanced Design-Build Construction and Value Engineering services.
• BIM is now applied in all projects
• Started self-execution of the Electro-mechanical scope of work
• Gama managed to be a preferred contractor in almost all the reputable
management offices and consultants (e.g. ECG / EHAF / MACE / SNC LAVALIN /
ACE / SHAKER / MCECH ….)
• ERP system (Oracle based) is now applied to integrate financial with operations.
New Strategy, Restructuring & Achievements
• Company is now active in Libya and Qatar, with a plan to expand to markets in
KSA and Africa
• Detailed targets and action plans for 2016 are now in perspective, and plan is to
work on achieving them.
• As of 2014, Gama has included new value added services to clients:
- Partnerships with major design and consultancy offices, allowing more
flexibility to provide Design Build service in all engineering trades
- As a part of Triangle Group, Gama can offer facility management service to
clients through a specialized company
- As part of Triangle Group, Gama can offer its clients privilege to certain
equipment as Triangle Heavy Equipment is the sole Agent for “FG-WILSON”
generators and “COMP-AIR” Compressors
