DAY

A-Z

Be Chicago Loud… When we’re on defense, you, the fans, have one job.

You live in the Windy City, a town nicknamed for noise. Whether it’s the “L” roaring

through the city, or spirited debates at corner bars, Chicago is a city with the vol-

ume turned up. So this year, when the other guys are on offense, we need to hear

you. You’re an extra player on the field. A loud, screaming, 61,500 man advantage.

We need the Second City to disrupt every third down. We need you to wear your

passion in your throat. Are you ready to be Chicago Loud?

Bears Playbook…Your interactive guide to every Chicago Bears home game.

Pay attention to the Soldier Field videoboards throughout the game for special

offers or discounts from Chicago Bears Corporate Partners.

Code of Conduct… Courteous behavior and being respectful of others is

expected of all guests at Chicago Bears games. Unruly or inconsiderate behavior will

not be tolerated and may be grounds for ejection from the stadium and/or revocation

of ticket privileges. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to: abuse of intoxicants,

profane, disruptive or abusive language or gestures, offensive or disorderly conduct,

throwing any object, excessive standing in the seating area, standing or sitting in the

aisles, smoking anywhere in the stadium, bringing any prohibited items into the sta-

dium, possessing alcohol in a No Alcohol section, possessing more than two alcoholic

beverages at a time, entering or attempting to enter the field level or playing field,

wearing or displaying any apparel with profane or abusive language, failure to follow

the instructions of stadium security and/or crowd management personnel, actions

that may harm or endanger others and any other conduct that is deemed inappro-

priate in a public setting. Visiting teams fans are our guests; harassment of any fans

will be considered unruly behavior and grounds for ejection. Each guest should hold

his or her ticket and be ready to display it to stadium personnel to verify their seat

location. Guests sitting in un-ticketed areas are subject to ejection from the stadium.

Sending prank text messages can lead to the revocation of ticket privileges. Guests

who cannot conform their conduct to these rules are not welcome at Chicago Bears

games. The Season Ticket Holder is responsible for the conduct of users of tickets

issued to the Season Ticket Holder, even if the Season Ticket Holder gives away or

sells their tickets to a game.

Community Relations… The Chicago Bears Football Club is dedicated to

making a difference in our community. Our organization inspires positive change and

Guests committing an “extreme violation” of our Code of Conduct will result in

ejection and may result in the revocation of season ticket privileges and Permanent

Seat Licenses. Those offenses include, but are not limited to entering or attempting

to enter the playing field or assaulting any guest or staff member. Any repeated

violations of our Code of Conduct can result in forfeiture of season ticket privileges

and Permanent Seat Licenses.

Based on NFL Best Practices, fans that are ejected from Bears games for fan

conduct violations may be subject to take an online Fan Conduct Awareness Class

and pass the exam before being given the opportunity to return to any stadium for

an NFL game.

Fight Song… “BEAR DOWN, CHICAGO BEARS”

Composed by Al Hoffman

Bear down, Chicago Bears, make every play clear the way to victory;

Bear down, Chicago Bears, put up a fight with a might so fearlessly.

We’ll never forget the way you thrilled the nation with your T-formation.

Bear down, Chicago Bears, and let them know why you’re wearing the crown.

You’re the pride and joy of Illinois, Chicago Bears, bear down.

First Aid/Medical Services… Soldier Field First Aid Stations are located

in the following areas:

• Inside Gate 17 on the Grand Concourse

• Colonnade Concourse, behind Section 339

• United Club 300 Level, across from north elevators, behind Section 304

• Several roving medical teams throughout the stadium

Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are located throughout the stadium and at

First Aid stations.

Gates… “Don’t Wait, Get to the Gate: The Game Starts with the Anthem”.

Enhanced NFL public safety measures may lead to increased entry times to

the game, and we don’t want you to miss any of the pre-game excitement.

Stadium gates open two hours prior to kick-off. We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE

fans to arrive early and be patient when entering the stadium. The enhanced

public safety procedures at stadium gates recommended by the NFL will

increase comfort and safety of fans at the game, but will require extra time

for inspections and screening. Walk-through magnetometers may be used at

some gates.

You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into Soldier Field.

We suggest you not bring any bags; only one NFL approved bag per person

will be permitted (see “Bag Policy”). By tendering your ticket and entering the

stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you

might have against the NFL, its member clubs, their affiliates, and stadium

landlord – their agents. If you elect to not consent to the searches, you will be

denied entry to the stadium. Every guest must pass through a security check-

point. No re-entries are permitted. All gates at Soldier Field are ADA accessible.
