PLANNINGThe property falls within the jurisdiction of the London Borough of Richmond.

Full planning (Ref: 20/2863/FUL) has been granted for:

The loft conversion would generate an additional additional 2,011sqft (187sqm) of NSA, creating 3 x duplex units on the second and third floors.

The proposed development does not carry any Section 106 or CIL liability.

Alternative redevelopment ideas have been considered, including the demolition of the existing block to be replaced by a crescent of houses. There has been no formal engagement with LB Richmond on this, and any alternative redevelopment would be subject to obtaining the necessary consents.
