Skagen Quality Food Fare

Good stories and familiarity with local ingredients from North Jutland have always been key themes at Skagen Quality Food Fair. It’s therefore also a feature of the fair that the producers of high quality food from North Jutland meet the consumer at eye level. At Skagen Quality Food Fair you can hear how the food is prepared and learn what characterises a quality product. The innovator behind Skagen Quality

Food Fair is a member of the association of fur farmers in North Jutland. Keld V. Larsen is a mink farmer in North Jutland and had the idea of gathering together the good North Jutland quality that characterises Danish farming. Hence it’s also possible each year to see a large stand with the most exquisite mink skins from Kopenhagen Fur and to experience the whole story from the mink farm to the finished fur.
