We are a family owned, Canadian based corporation that has been supplying light weight ag-gregates to hydroelectric dams since 1985. Most of those aggregates were coal cinders. It was discovered that coal cinders were not that envi-ronmentally friendly and banned for use in the water-ways. After many years of research, we have discov-ered a new material, Natural Cinders. It works very well to seal stop logs, head gates, tainter gates and splashboards. It is a completely natural occurring substance and is environmentally friendly.
