We believe passionately in providing young people with opportunities to take on leadership roles and experience working in business. Gateway is working in partnership with Northampton College and in 2013 recruited 8 voluntary Ambassadors to work with us on a number of projects.
7KH�$PEDVVDGRUV�DUH�DOUHDG\�EULQJLQJ�FUHDWLYH�ÀDLU��HQHUJ\�DQG�HQWKXVLDVP���:LWK�WKH�FKDQFH�WR�be part of a growing business, the Ambassadors will gain hands on experience of working with the team and will receive personal development and employability coaching from the Gateway team.

The University of the First Age (UFA) is a national education charity based in Birmingham working with young people and organisations to raise aspirations through youth voice, leadership and learning experiences.
National Citizen Service (NCS) brings together young people from different backgrounds and helps them develop greater FRQ¿GHQFH��VHOI�DZDUHQHVV�DQG�social responsibility. It improves employability and encourages personal and social development by working on; leadership, teamwork and com-munication
