Gospel: Matthew 28:16–20
Jesus commissioned the eleven to make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy
Spirit.
Second Reading: Romans 8:14–17
You did not receive a spirit of slavery but a Spirit of adoption,
through whom we cry out “Abba, Father!” The Spirit bears
witness that we are children of God.
First Reading: Deuteronomy 4:32–34, 39–40
Know this: The Lord is God of heaven and earth. There is no
other. Because God worked wonders for you, keep the
commands that you and your children may prosper.

Act of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus,
I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen.
