the life and times of john calvin

John Calvin possessed one of the greatest minds of the 16th century as demonstrated by his seminal work, The Institutes of the Christian Religion, which was written and revised over many years. This systematic theology which came to be known as Calvinism was a significant contribution to the Protestant Reformation. The Presbyterian Church owes its beliefs to him.

This three-week course is dedicated to the late Bob Weaver, a much beloved member of our church who first suggested and was originally scheduled to lead an adult education class on the topic along with Geoff Snodgrass who will present the course in his honor.Sundays, September 19 – October 3LB Lakeside Room
