    Research design Questionnaires: We will distribute around 500

    questionnaires in Noida & Ghaziabad region amongthe customers and 500 among the other consumers ofthese services.

    Evaluation of Non-Response: a random sample of 50names will be secured from the list of the customerswho dont return the questionnaires. We will makethem a call and will try to know their responses.
