SUMMARY
Sudbury Contact Mines Ltd. Diamond Lake Project consists of 235 claims totalling 9,400 acres in Mcvittie, Hearst, Gauthier, and McElroy Townships, of which the Panthco Mary-Ann Property is an integral part. The exploration effort on the Diamond Lake Project is directed towards the discovery of an economic diamondiferous kimberlite deposit.
An agreement was signed between Panthco Resources and Sudbury Contact Mines Ltd. on June 6, 1991, structured on an option to joint venture basis.
Work commenced during the summer of 1991 with a field crew compiling data, mapping the Diamond Lake Project Properties, and field checking airborne geophysical features from a previously flown survey. This work fundamentally outlined many targets to follow up, and is presented under separate cover(Hughes, T; 1992).
As noted in the recommendations from the " Geological and Geophysical Compilation Report", the grids already existing on other properties within the Diamond Lake Project were extended onto the Panthco Mary-Ann Property in two phases. The first phase took place in November 1991, and the second phase was in March and April 1992, completing a total of 41.75 kilometres of linecutting. The grid was surveyed with blanket coverage of magnetics, VLF-EM and isolated gravity test lines (Vickers, A.; JVX; 1992). This geophysical program outlined many potential kimberlite targets which were proposed for drilling.
The diamond drilling program, like the geophysics, was divided into two stages; first in November-December 1991 and then in June- July 1992. An interesting sulphidized rhyolitic tuff with crackle brecciation infilled with 2-1095 pyrite, was intersected in FLP-92- 20. Three gold assays from this hole are considered to be slightly above background levels.
To follow up the interesting mineralization intersected in hole FLP-92-20, a phase IP program is proposed to test the Gauthier/Temiskaming Contact for disseminated sulphide mi neralizat ion.
IntroductionThis report summarizes Diamond Drill Hole FLP-92-20 completed
by Sudbury Contact Mines Ltd. on the Panthco Mary-Ann Option/JV in June 1992.
The Panthco property is part of the larger Sudbury Contact Diamond Lake Project, which has an ongoing exploration focus on kimberlites. This property acquisition followed the successful discovery of diamonds in kimberlite on the Diamond Lake Option (Optionor: Skead Holdings).

The neighbouring properties were acquired after an airborne magnetic survey was flown over a larger area, outlining a number of potential targets.
One agreement with Panthco Resources Inc. includes 51 claims and three licenses of occupation totalling 2,040 acres in both Mcvittie and Gauthier Townships.
The coordination and implementation of the various technical tasks was conducted by W.A. Hubacheck Consultants Ltd. under the supervision of D. W. Christie.

Licenses of Occupation; 10933 (re. claim 34740)10934 (re. claim 33696)10937 (re. claim 34739)
Locat ionThe property is situated in the east-central part of Gauthier
Township, and the west-central part of adjoining Mcvittie Township about 4 km west of Larder Lake, Ontario. The gravel road to the Upper Beaver Mine provides convenient access to the western and northern portion of the property from Highway 66. The Fork Lake Road turn off from Highway 66 follows the east bank of the Misema River and provides access to the eastern portion of the property. The hydro electric transmission line through the southern part of the property serves as a walking trail westward to the Little Larder Lake access road coming from Dobie.
Diamond Drilling
Diamond Drill Hole FLP-92-20 was drilled in June 1992 as part of a larger drilling program, in six holes. All Drill holes are referenced to the new East West JVX grid.
Currently, all of the core is stored at the Sudbury Contact Mines Core Storage Facilities in Cobalt, Ontario.
Diamond Drill Hole sections, logs, location map, assays and petrography reports are provided in the appendixes of this report.

SUMMARY: A total of 2.1 metres of overburden was intersected followed by a rhyolitic crystal tuff breccia with quartz eyes and 2-1095 pyrite(fine to course) in crackle brecciation fractures to 61.96 metres, a silicified lapilli tuff with quartz eyes and strong alteration was intersected to 80.71 met res(epidote, silicification, and carbonatization) giving the rock a very mottled appearance as well l-5ifc pyrite was present, a fine grained ash tuff with bleaching and very blocky nature was intersected to 81.42 metres, an altered lapilli tuff was intersected to 82.75 metres with 1-29; pyrite, a fine grained ash tuff bleached with 295 tetrahedrite and 195 pyrite was intersected to 84.02 metres, this in turn was followed by a mafic intrusion (diabasic) with gradual chill margins
I to 136.28 metres(magnetic susceptibility = 25 x 10 ) with a fault zone at 132.28-133.95 metres, the hole ended in rhyolitic chlorite- hornblende lapilli tuff at 151.2 metres, with a contact aureole
^ from 136.28-136.58 metres with the overlying diabase. l All assays received so far have been negative.
DISCUSSION OF 1991-1992 PROGRAM RESULTS
Extensive till materials of the Misema Esker Complex, overlie a major portion of the project area, hence geological mapping was greatly restricted. Generally, the massive pyroclastic flow sequences of the Temiskaming Group outcrop as topographic highs with recessive weathering, chloritic tuffs and wackes occupying topographic lows. The majority of the Panthco Property has been previously mapped at a good level.
In FLP-92-20 a diabasic dyke trend explained the magnetic high targets and bounding faults explained the VLF-EM anomalies.
Drill hole FLP-92-20 intersected extremely interesting rhyolites. A sulphidized rhyolitic crystal quartz eyed tuff with crackle brecciation and 2-1095 pyrite of two generations was intersected however all assays were generally negative with only three assays above 50 ppb Au ranging up to 84 ppb, and all other gold and base metal assays running below background. This area is proximal to the "Gauthier/Temiskaming Contact" which trends southeasterly towards previous Mary-Ann drill holes, and a five channel airborne input anomaly. In addition numerous cross cutting structures in confluence with the contact deserve more attention from a gold point of view.
RECOMMENDATIONS
A phase IP survey (frequency domain) is recommended to test the Gauthier /Temiskaming contact on the Panthco grid bracketing DDH FLP-92-20 and the five channel AEM anomaly from Line O to Line 9 E, north of the hydro line(OGS P.2266)

DESCRIPTION:
Quite similar in appearance to 92-23-5, this rock is a much fresher example of diabase . Itconsists of plagioclase laths interspersed with elongate and blocky clinopyroxene. Partial alteration of the feldspar to sericite/saussurite and alteration of the pyroxene to tremolite andchlorite is present. Where quartz is present in interstitial areas it often forms granophyrictextures with the feldspar. Late veinlets consist of quartz, epidote, chlorite and carbonate.
The rock is classified as an altered diabase.

DESCRIPTION:
The texture of PTS 1783 is very similar to that of the previous sample except that all of theoriginalclinopyroxene has been altered to amphibole and chlorite. Quartz is less abundant and there isgreater alteration of ilmenite to leucoxene. A wide vein crosses the section and consists ofchlorite, epidote and carbonate.
The rock is classified as an altered diabase.
