TENDERS are invited for the installation of one hundred (100) New Fire Hydrants on the Water and Sewage Authority WaterDistribution System throughout Trinidad and Tobago for the Trinidad and Tobago Fire Service, Ministry of National Security.

TENDERS are invited for the Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of four hundred and eighty (480) Camcorders and Accessories as wellas Associated Usage Training Sessions for all Primary Schools and the Curriculum Division of the Ministry of Education.

Tender documents can be obtained during normal working hours at the Central Tenders Board’s Office, 116, Frederick Street, Port-of-Spain. Telephone Number 1-868-625-4330. A pre-tender meeting will be held for prospective tenderers at 10.00 a.m. on Wednesday 30th July, 2013 at the RudranathCapildeo Learning Resource Centre, Southern Main Road, Mc Bean, Couva.

Tenders must be accompanied by the following where applicable:

(a) valid Income Tax and Value Added Tax Clearance Certificates issued by the Board of Inland Revenue and dated not morethan six (6) months prior to the closing date for submission of proposals.

(b) valid Certificate of Compliance issued in accordance with the National Insurance Act.

The original tender and four (4) copies must be placed in sealed envelopes addressed to the Chairman, Central Tenders Board, 116, Frederick Street, Port-of-Spain, clearly marked on the outside: “Tender for the Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of four hundredand eighty (480) Camcorders and Accessories as well as Associated Usage Training Sessions for all Primary Schools and the Curriculum Division of the Ministry of Education”.
