Improvement and major purchase done in the library for the year 2012 2013

Departmental libraries have been established with adequate number of books forthe benefit of students and faculty members.

The library has established digital library with multimedia facilities and 10more computers have been added.

Around 500 E- books have been added in the digital library.The number of Library tokens has been increased for 1 st & 2nd B.E., B.Tech.

students from 4 to 6 and for faculty members from 6 to 10. The restrictions for

renewal of books have been relaxed for faculty members.

Reference books, new arrivals, Display books, Journals, Back volumes and nonbook materials will be issued for overnight.

Digital copier and scanner have been purchased for the benefit of library users.Mandating E journals recommended by AICTE approval process hand book

2012-2013 have been subscribed.

Exclusive digital library website has been created for PSNACET library.NPTEL videos can be viewed in INTRANET.100 Glass door almirahs have been purchased for departmental libraries.50 LCD Television has been purchased for Audio Visual section. Sufficient numbers of books and journals have been purchased to fulfill the

AICTE norms.
