Make Installation Easy!

Mounting kits for HT2000 and HT3000 series are

compact, easy to align and allow autosampler hot-

swap (remove autosampler and put back in place, with

practically no needs to realign). Therefore autosampler

becomes a plug-in module easy to move across different

GCs (also across different GC brands or models) as soon

as lab productivity change.

The hot–swap capability makes the usage together

with GC-with-revolving-top-cover (like Agilent 6850)

very convenient, providing fast access for column swap

or inspection.

Installation is as easy as mounting the plate on GC,

performing hardware alignment by the convenient

centering tool, selecting your GC brand and model by

Vial leakage check – a proprietary

in sample method. The samples are

marked with a PASS or FAIL information

in HTA Autosampler Manager window

order to detect anomalous values that

are indicative of a vial leakage problem. It

can discriminate sample correctly sealed

which "Single injection" and "Automatic Run" buttons are displayed) and "quick" mode (by which

Experiment Description Temperature of samples inside sample vials

have been monitored along a period of 5 hours.

In this period GC has been operated continuously

(sample analysis in progress), in order to

generate heating from GC oven.

In order to verify the fact that GC oven heating

was not negatively affecting temperature of

sample inside HT3000A tray, we have checked

Temperature of samples vs. Room

Temperature.

RT probe has been position in such place in order

to be far from heat air coming from GC oven.

Along testing period ∆T has been <0.85°C. Such

data prove the fact that HT3000A sample tray and

its basement keep samples away from

overheating. Furthermore this test has shown an

insulation effect generated by HT3000A

The Fiber Cleaning Device is used in SPME mode only. It is an heated and

purged chamber in which the fiber is exposed for a programmable amount of time.

The Fiber Cleaning Device is used in the following occasions:

SPME fiber activation: every new SPME fiber requires to pass through an activation

process that includes to expose the fiber at a given temperature for a given amount of

time.

SPME fiber cleaning after desorption

The Fiber Cleaning Device is an alternative to use the GC injector(s) for the
