EXHIBITORCONTRACTTERMS1.Ifpurchased,eachcompanywillhaveone(1)tablefortheAnnualGeorgiaCollegeofEmergencyPhysiciansAnnualSpringMeeting.2.Exhibitorsarerequiredtohavearepresentativeattheirtableatalltimesduringexhibithours.3.Amaximumoftwo(2)salesrepresentativesareallowedtoexhibitatthemeetinguponpaymentunlessadditionalrepresentativesarenotedbasedonpatronlevel.Eachadditionalrepresentativeis$200.4.Allsoundequipmentmustberegulatedsothatitdoesnotdisturbneighboringexhibits.GeorgiaCollegeofEmergencyPhysicians(GCEP)reservestherighttodetermineatwhatpointsoundconstitutesinterferencewithothersandmustbediscontinued.Duetoregulationsbythemusicindustryregardingmusicatpublicmeetings,conventionsandshows,exhibitorsmaynotplaymusicduringthetradeshow,eitherliveorrecorded.5.Exhibitorswillnotbepermittedtoassign,subletorsharewithothersanypartofthespaceallottedtothem.6.GCEPauthorizesexhibitorstomakeretailsalesoftangiblepersonalpropertyorservicesubjecttosalestax.Theexhibitorshallbesolelyresponsibleforanylocal,stateorfederaltaxliabilityresultingfromthiscontractorothertaximplicationarisingfromactivitieswhileexhibitingatthemeeting.7.Boothsmustbekeptclean.Theflooranddisplayareasoftheboothmustbeclearofdebris.Exhibitorswillbeliableforanyextraclean-upcostsincurredduetodisplays,foodmachinesandothermeans.8.Useofelectricalcurrentisconfinedtolightingortheoperationofsuchequipmentthatisharmless,noiselessanddoesnotreleaseundesirableodors.9.ObjectionablepracticesbyexhibitorsorofficialsuppliersshouldbereportedimmediatelytoGCEPmanagementandnotaftertheshowiscompleted.10.Nochildrenunder16yearsofagewillbeallowedintheexhibitareaatanytime,unlessaccompaniedbyanadult.11.ItisagreedthatGCEPandthehostfacilityshallnotbeliableforanydamageto,ordestructionof,anyexhibitfromanycauseorforthetheftordisappearanceofanyexhibitoranypropertycontainedinorabouttheexhibitbootharea.12.TheexhibitoragreestoindemnifyandholdharmlessGCEPandthehostfacilityortheiremployeesortheirrepresentativesagainstanyandallliabilitiesfordamage,injuryorlosstoallpersonsandanyandallclaimsarisingoutofactsoromissionsofexhibitors,theiremployeesortheirrepresentatives.13.GCEPwillonlyrefundexhibitorswhoarepre-registeredthecostofboothspaceandwillnotbeheldresponsibleorliableforchargesordamagesforanyfailureofperformanceduetoactsofnature,labordisputes,andshortageofmaterials,governmentalauthority,orothercircumstancesbeyondreasonablecontrolofeitherparty.14.NeitherGCEPnorthevenuemaintainsinsurancecoveringpropertybroughtontoorstoredonthevenue’spremisesbyexhibitorsanditistheresponsibilityoftheexhibitortoobtainormaintainsuchcoverageattheirownexpense.15.Exhibitorswillnotoffereducational/trainingprogramswithintheshowfacilitysimultaneoustotheGCEPandrelatedprograms.16.Thisagreementincludesaone-timelistofpre-meetingandpost-meetingattendees.

BOOTHCONSTRUCTION17.AllelectricalworkandelectricalwiringmustbeapprovedandinstalledinaccordancewithregulationsestablishedbytheofficialsoftheFireMarshal’sOffice.18.Noconstructionwillbeallowedatthesidesorabovethebooththatmayobscuretheviewofanyadjacentbooths.19.Allmaterialsusedfordecoratingmustbeflameproof.20.Constructionandsignsthatareabove8feetinheightmustbeapprovedbytheGCEP.21.Allapplicablecities,countyandstatecodesandordinancesmustbecompliedwithaswellasthoseofthehostfacility.22.Nothingshallbepostedon,tacked,nailedorotherwiseaffixedtocolumns,walls,floorsorotherpartsofthebuildings,furnitureorequipment.23.Inordertomeettheset-updeadline,theGCEPmanagementreservestherighttoorderlabortoset-upanyexhibitthatisnotintheprocessofbeingerectedby7:30AMFriday,June11,2010.Thecostforthislaborwillbepaidbytheexhibitor.Allexhibitsmustbefullybrokendownby1:00PM,Saturday,June12,2010.24.TheinterpretationofallrulesandregulationsistheresponsibilityoftheGCEPExecutiveCommitteesortheirdesignatedrepresentative.25.Alldecisionsofsaidgrouporrepresentativesarefinal.

PAYMENTExhibitorsmustguaranteepaymentinfullduetotheamountselectedontheexhibitorregistrationformbeforeoronthedateofthemeetingorexhibitorswillnotbeabletoexhibitatthemeeting.

REFUNDPOLICYCancellationsforallregisteredexhibitors30+dayspriortothemeetingdateareeligiblefor50%refund.Cancellation29daysorlessbeforethemeetingdatearenoteligibleforarefund.
