−Hiring General Manager (scientist/business person, Swiss,

living in Japan for several years)

−Start with home-office

−Preparing foundation of Genedata KK supported by Jetro IBSC Tokyo (incl. renting office space from November 2006 until February 2007, consulting on tax matters, social security, etc.)

− Incorporation of Genedata KK on 2nd of February 2007
