Expenses related to energy consumption can significantly decrease thanks to the use of correct LED lighting in all different departments of industrial environments. The lighting solutions developed by GDS Lighting allow optimal lighting, with a consequent betterment in productivity and well-being of employees.

Light is a substantial factor in the perception of a healthy working environment and has a profound effect on workers’ and employees’ morale. ATLAS is the ideal lamp for industrial installations in large spaces, especially for heights over ten meters.

The extremely efficient LED sources provide ample light while limiting power consumption. This is a powerful, versatile and efficient product characterized by a minimalist and modern shape.

ATLAS is provided with two optical options:

1. Wide Beamis ideal for evironments that require highly diffuse and uniform lighting.

2. Narrow Beamis suggested for high bay installations to improve horizontal illuminance avoiding light spill.

Perfect solution for large spaces

GDS Lighting’s technical and optical designs are unique and innovative. The particular structural shape of Atlas achieves optimum lighting with minimum overlapping and maximum uniformity. This characteristic allows a reduced number of luminaires to be used and consequently less investment is needed.

The slim form and reduced weight (under 7kg) makes it very easy to install: two wire suspension points are all that is needed.

Il design tecnico ed ottico è ricercato ed innovativo. La particolare forma della struttura è stata ideata per ottenere il massimo illuminamento senza creare sovrapposizioni e guadagnare uniformità. Questo permette di ridurre il numero di apparecchi necessari e di conseguenza di minimizzare l’investimento.

Una dissipazione effi ciente del calore è un’esigenza fondamentale per le lampade moderne che sfruttano la tecnologia LED.Lo sviluppo della linea ATLAS ha unito un’accurata analisi termica ad un design innovativo. Il calore viene liberato tramite l’effi ciente meccanismo dei moti convettivi che agiscono sull’intera superfi cie del prodotto.

Extremely effi cient heat dissipation

Effi cient heat dissipation is an important requirement in luminaires that use LED technology. The development of the GDS ATLAS line combined an innovative lighting design with a detailed thermal analysis. The result is that heat is dissipated by convection currents fl owing over the whole surface of the product and thus providing optimum thermal performance.

ATLAS achieves exceptional effi ciency in excess of 100 lm/W and over 100,000 hours of operation without color deterioration.

The structure and minimal thickness - only 30mm - of the ORBITER line refl ects contemporary tastes and fi ts perfectly with the architecture of modern offi ces.

The direct light emission focuses illumination where it is needed: on a computer workstation, meeting table or a product on display.

ORBITER uses an acrylic glass screen (PMMA) specially designed to maintain the richness of the light and to minimize losses (energy waste) while the frosted material enhances comfort by gentle diffusion.

La forma della linea ORBITER, unita all’altezza ridotta (solo 30mm), rispecchia le moderne tendenze minimaliste e si concilia perfettamente con l’architettura degli uffi ci moderni.L’emissione diretta si concentra, tramite specifi che soluzioni ottiche, esattamente dove serve: sulla postazione computer, sul tavolo riunioni o sul prodotto in esposizione.

Ambiente Smart

La plafoniera ORBITER presenta la possibilità di pilotaggio DALI e di controllo remoto dell’illuminazione. Questa opportunità permette di avere un controllo in tempo reale dell’impianto e dei livelli di illuminazione. Il risparmio energetico (ed economico) viene quindi massimizzato.

La linea ORBITER è inoltre estremamente fl essibile: sono disponibili versioni da un minimo di 4.000 lumen fi no ad oltre 20.000 lumen, con la possibilità di montare ottiche che generano solidi fotometrici simmetrici o assimetrici.

Smart environment

ORBITER also offers the possibility of remote control of lighting (DALI standard). This feature allows real-time control of the system and its lighting levels. Energy savings and therefore economic savings are maximized as a result.

The ORBITER line is exceptionally versatile as well. There are versions from 4,000 lumen to over 12,000 lumen and there is also the option of installing symmetric or asymmetric optics.

The best insulated fi xture with LED technology

BURAN is manufactured with fi berglass reinforced with gray polyester. It was conceived for light weight, high-heat resistance, extreme mechanical stability and excellent electrical insulation. It is also exceptionally resistant to chemical agents.

SALUCA è un corpo illuminante particolarmente adatto per ambienti in cui sono richiesti un elevato grado di protezione e la necessità di chiusura antivandalica. Il corpo lampada verniciato a polvere epossipoliestere di colore bianco è realizzato con un corpo in alluminio stampato in un unico pezzo per conferire resistenza e durata nel tempo.

Il livello di protezione IP66 è garantito attraverso una guarnizione depositata sul bordo del corpo lampada; il vetro trasparente e temprato viene assicurato al corpo in alluminio tramite scrocchi in acciaio inox.

Best in class protection and reliability

SALUCA is particularly suitable for environments where a high degree of protection and a vandal-proof enclosure are required. The lamp is powder coated in white epoxy-polyester and consists in an aluminum body molded in one piece to confer optimal resistance and durability.

IP66 protection is guaranteed by a continuous rubber gasket deposited along the edge of the lamp body. The clear tempered glass is secured to the aluminum body by means of stainless steel clips.
