GEETA’S BLOGI have chosen to analyse Geeta’s blog because by looking at her blog I can see that she has spent a lot of time personalising and working on her blog, she has customized her website because she has chosen a different background to what the default settings are. On the top of the her blog she has given a simple title with a clean font so everything can be read and understood easily. On the right side of her blog I can see that she has used labels to organise her work, this lets the person who is looking at website to find what they are looking for very easily. She has used ‘issuu’ a photo hosting to put all her photos in, she then took these photos and using the embed code she has embedded them into her website, this is a very good idea because now the person reading her blog can see what she is working on and it will also make it more interesting rather than just having blocks of text.

GEETA’S BLOG

All the production logs that she has wrote have been clearly named so the reader can clearly see what production log and what she's writing about in the production log. Geeta has used a range of different media in her productions logs as well as writing she has uploaded her talking about what she has done and lots of pictures so everything can easily be understood and so the reader doesn’t need to take his time reading all the text. Later on in her blog when she has stared making her final magazine cover she has added photos of her on Photoshop and a brief description of who she has used the program, this is good because this is proof that Geeta has really done this editing and not just get someone else to do it. She also talks about her views on the program and what she found hard when using it, how she overcame problems that happened in the program.

GEETA’S BLOG

Geeta has added scanned images of her initial idea that she drew of her magazine to her blog this has been done to show how the magazine has evolved, she has also wrote under the photos why she has made her decision for why something is where it is, this is good because it tells the reader the if she has used her research on codes and conventions of the magazine pages to lay her work out. In the second photo we can see that has add photos of her magazine while it is being made this good because this is evidence that she has done the work it is also good because it may be interesting for the reader to see how the magazine cover has evolved from a blank document into a professional looking page.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion I think that I have learned a lot about how to lay my blog out and how to I can use other resources on the internet like, Prezie, Issuu and Scribd to make my website look more attractive and to thoroughly make sure the reader clearly knows all the step I went through to do something. These are all going to be thing that I will use to ensure that I get the best grades possible and that my blog is to the highest standard.
