Thanks to their angular structure which triples the absor-bing surface, Akustik®-Stop panels afford an excellentdegree of acoustic absorption, with excellent results atmedium and high frequencies (500÷2000 Hz). Whenever ahigh sound absorption coefficient is required, Akustik®k -Stop can be assembled together with barriers with a highacoustic insulation coefficient such as lead, lead rubberetc. The profile of this product, and the possibility ofcolouring it, allow its functionality to be optimised in inte-rior architecture.
MATERIALGrey BASF Basotect®tt me-lamine foam resin. High ther-mal resistance: -60°C to+150°C. Non drip in case offire, non toxic fumes, non fi-ber-forming. Isotek-Foamhas an excellent acousticabsorption, particularly atmedium-low frequencies(500 ÷ 1000 Hz). Isotek-Foam may be assembledtogether with sound-insula-tion barriers such as lead,EPDM, etc.

FIELDSOF APPLICATIONAkustik®-Wood is largelyused for masonry partitionwalls, wherever both ther-mal and sound insulationare required, with excellentperformances on sound in-sulation and sound ab-sorption. Akustik®kk -Wood ismainly employed for ex-ternal walls or partition wal-ls between two apart-ments.
INSTALLATIONAkustik®-Wood must beinstalled in between twowalls with internal sidescarefully plastered. The pa-nel can be fixed with pla-stic-jacket screws or gluedto an existent wall pre-viously plastered, takingcare of the continuity of thepanels and avoiding spa-ces left uncovered by thematerial. Then, a secondwall can be built up in con-tact with the panels.

FIELDSOF APPLICATIONUsed for sound insulatingwalls where the reflectingpower of lead needs to becombined with the ab-sorption power of Basotectmelamine foam. Thanks toits fire resistance IsotekGum Foam is installed inplaces where a specific sa-fety is required: factories, theatres, cinemas, firinggrounds, hotels, audito-rium, etc.It is also used to insulaterooms, engine and othercompartment linings, par-tition walls, ceilings, ma-chinery, garages, etc.Whenever protection from ex-ternal agents such as oil, grea-se, dust and water etc. is re-quired, the panel can be sup-plied with a protective film.
INSTALLATIONUsing adhesive NDA Kollon flat or curved surfacesprovided they are free ofdust, oil and grease. Forceiling applications the useof special fixing devices isrecommended.

FIELDSOF APPLICATION:Ecoroll is widely used un-der the flooring in order toimprove footfall sound-proofing. It can be instal-led in any kind of con-struction (houses, offices, hospitals, trade centres, etc.) as it offers an excel-lent sound insulation, bet-ter than what the law pro-vides for.
INSTALLATIONEcoroll must be installeddirectly over the roughfloor, its extremities mustcover up the bottom of theperimetric walls and the in-stallation must look seam-less. Always use AKUSTIKBORDER perimeter band.To have a good result, wesuggest to place a layer ofpolyethylene under therough floor. The installation of WALLBAND is also recommen-ded to interrupt the acou-stic bridges between therigid structures.Ecoroll can also be instal-led under the woodenfloors.

FIELDSOF APPLICATIONIsoflex is an essential high-te-ch accessory required for thepurpose of insulation and toprevent the transmission ofstructural vibrations. Isoflex iswidely used to support acou-stical ceilings instead of con-ventional rigid suspension sy-stems. Typical applicationsare: ceilings in discotheques, cinemas, theatres, pubs, un-derground railways, etc. or asantivibration supports for airconditioning conduits or re-frigeration plant piping.
INSTALLATIONWithout prejudice to the as-sembly diagram, the only pre-caution to take is to calculatethe number of supports to beused as a function of the su-spended load, bearing in mindthat the optimal load for oneIsoflex support is 40÷50kg/mg.
