SECTION 1 – PROTECTOWIRE LINEAR HEAT DETECTOR – ALL MODELS •Standard Packaging – Standard packaging consists of 500 ft. (152m) coils and 3,280 ft. (1,000m) spools depending upon model ordered. In general, smaller lengths of 500 ft. or less will be on coils, and longer lengths on spools. The exact length of wire per spool used to complete each order is at the sole discretion of the Factory. Our policy is to send as few spools/coils as possible based upon stock availability. •Custom Lengths – We can provide custom cut continuous lengths up to 3,280 ft. (1,000m). Limitations may apply depending upon specific model ordered. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY. CONSULT FACTORY. •Messenger Wire Models – Messenger wire reduces the maximum length of Protectowire that can be accommodated on a standard spool. • Minimum Order: The minimum order is $50.00 net plus freight charges. • Payment Terms: Net 30 Days for customers with established credit and The Protectowire Company’s Credit

Department Approval. Credit cards also accepted. Invoices not paid within 30 days, may affect your credit standing with Protectowire and delay processing of future orders. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.

• FOB Point: Pembroke, Massachusetts. All shipments are made Ex Works with freight added to Invoice. • Returns: No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. All Non-Warranty returns are subject to

a minimum 20% Restocking Charge to cover the cost of handling, inspection, and repacking. Products once installed or placed into service are not subject to return or exchange.

• Packaging: All orders will be carefully packaged in accordance with standard commercial practice. Requests for ocean freight and special packaging can be accommodated for an additional charge. Consult Factory for details and cost.

• Special Order Items: The Protectowire Company reserves the right to require a non-refundable deposit before ordering or manufacturing any special order items. Special Order Items are non-returnable and will not be accepted for credit or exchange.

• Shipping Dates: The Protectowire Company provides an Order Acknowledgement with Estimated Ship Date of every order accepted and processed. All shipping estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed. Failure to ship by the estimated ship date will not be considered sufficient cause for cancellation or damages.
