PROFESSIONAL SERVICE A. Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff: $1,195 This fee for our basic services and overhead and will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

DIRECT CREMATIONS
Direct Cremations Range from $745 to $1,340
A direct cremation (without ceremony) includes transportation of deceased to funeral home (within Metro Phoenix); basic services of Funeral Director and Staff; refrigeration (for the first 48 hours); use of facility and staff for private viewing by next of kin (up to ½ hour); transportation to crematory, crematory fee (for processing time greater than 48 hours from time of arrangement conference, excluding weekends and holidays); and securing and filing of death certificate and all required permits, documents, and affidavits. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without and outside covering.) The containers we provide range from a cardboard box (with no pillow or bedding), combustible containers with a pillow and bedding (with or without fabric covering), and hardwoods (either natural or stained finish) with crepe or velvet interior. Our fee does not include the Medical Examiner’s Permit Fee.

Forwarding of Remains to Another Funeral Home $1,295
Includes basic services of Funeral Director and Staff; shelter of remains; transportation of deceased to funeral home (within Metro Phoenix); embalming or refrigeration, cleansing, handling and care of unembalmed remains; securing and filing death certificates and required permits; preparation for shipping; and transportation of deceased to airport. This package does not include cemetery charges, merchandise, and shipping cost.
Receiving Remains from Another Funeral Home $995
Includes transportation of deceased from airport to funeral home; basic services of Funeral Director and Staff; care and housing of deceased (48 hours); and transportation of deceased to local cemetery or crematory. This package does not include cemetery charges or merchandise.
Immediate Burial $1,770 to $8,165
Our charge for an immediate burial (without ceremony) includes basic services of funeral director and staff, a proportionate share of overhead costs, removal of remains, refrigeration (for four days or portion thereof), and local transportation to cemetery.
