Generate Project Leads
Our Generate Project Leads workflow tool allows
you to efficiently filter our database of over
110,000 major new construction projects to create
a targeted list of projects relevant to your
business. Using these tools you can extract or
share a fully customised report including details
project, company and contact insight.
This section will introduce:
• Refine Project Filters
• Export Results
• Save Search & Alerts
• Select & Track Projects

The CIC platform has 4 main filters:
For the Geography and Sector filters, use the filter box to search for a specific country or sub-sector, or click on the arrow to expand the available list.
Use the Project Stage filter to refine your list by the current stage of construction by selecting the relevant boxes.
Use the slide-bar to choose a Project Value range.Use the ‘Other Filters’ to further refine your target projects list.
When you have selected all relevant filters, click on Get Results to generate a projects list.Click on the project name to view the detailed project profile which includes:
• Overview (Stage, Type, Value, Status, Funding Mode)• Location• Scope• Background• Description• Latest update• Contacts• News

Once you have created your list of targeted projects leads you have the option to extract the full list directly to your desktop or share it with colleagues in your CIC network.
To Export your results, click on ‘Export & Email Results’.
• Select from the three format options and give your report a name:Word (up to 50 projects)PDF (up to 50 projects)Excel (up to 2,000 projects)
• Send the report to a colleague in your CIC network by clicking on ‘Email to a Colleague’.
• Type the recipient’s name into the text box and select their name from the drop down list, enter the email subject and any notes relating to the file and click on ‘Send Email’.
• Export the report directly to your desktop by clicking on Quick Export.
• Click on Select Custom Content to access the recommended format for Excel files, e.g. ‘Summary + contacts – one row per contact’ will provide you with a listing that assists contact selection.
Once you have shared or exported your project list it will be automatically saved in your Custom Exports folder. Access this via the ‘My Research’ tab.

The Construction Intelligence Center is a fully customisable platform which allows you to set up reports and alerts tailored to your individual interests.
Once you have exported your project list you are given the option to:
• Create a Saved Search by naming your project list. This will allow you quick access to this project list in future.
• Share your project list with colleagues on your CIC network by typing their name into the search bar and selecting them from the drop down list.
• Track new and updated projects added to the database which matches your selected criteria by setting up an Alert.
• Click on Confirm & Save to save your preferences.

Further refine your filtered list by selecting only the most relevant projects to extract or track. Click on:
Export & Email Results to download or share the specified project list.
Add to Favourites to save your chosen projects for later use.
You will then have the option to share these projects with colleagues on your CIC network and to set up a daily or weekly email alert for them.
Click on Confirm & Save to save your preferences.
Manage your alerts, saved searches and favourites via the ‘My Research’ tab.

Our Project Analysis tools provides a visual analysis of your filtered project list and allows you to quickly and easily identify sectors and countries with the highest growth opportunities and prioritise your focus accordingly.
These charts indicate the number of projects due to begin construction each year and the full value of the projects expected to start each year.
The following two charts breakdown the same information to highlight the projects split by sector.
