HISTORY OF TM «KÖNNER & SÖHNEN»

Dimax Group was created in Germany in 2014 to implement the concept of «people’s generator». The owners decided to create a products with democratic price and advanced quality. That’s how «Könner & Söhnen» trademark appeared.

At first, TM Könner & Söhnen specialized in production of generators. This was a main focus of the company. Such an approach resulted in excellent quality of all components and, consequently, of the whole product. We are proud that currently the defect rate is less than 1%. The lifespan of generators is up to 3000 working hours, if the customer maintains it properly. Assembly process is held under the constant supervision of German specialists at the factory that produce generators for markets of Europe and North America.

Years of experience and reliable partners help us to satisfy any requests of our customers and produce products even for special purposes. We can offer gasoline and diesel generators, hybrid models running on petrol and LPG, inverter generators, welding-series generators, generators used in industry and construction.

In 2016 Dimax Int. GmbH decided to extend the product range. Having its own product line of engines, which are produced under the license of Dimax Int. GmbH for TM Könner & Söhnen, and having a huge experience in garden equipment, we decided to add to our assortment gasoline and electric tillers, and gasoline engine pumps on the basis of the same engines.

To be confident in a high quality, our specialists supervise production process on all stages and make multi-hour tests. To have a control over the final products, we mark each engine with K&S logo and unigue serial number that allows us to control the quality of products and customer service.

All products meet European and International certificates of quality, efficiency, environmental impact ( including level of emissions and noise).

Könner & Söhnen generators were created in Germany to implement the concept of «people’s generator» - generator with affordable price and high quality.

Our top management team, sales managers, service and marketing departments have a huge experience in distribution and sales support of generators on the various markets. And now all the experience and our desire are focused on the development of Könner & Söhnen products. From the very beginning DIMAX Group company has been manufacturing generators only, and only in 2016 we extended the assortment to garden equipment. And thanks to this narrow specialization, the most attention was given to products’ quality, assortment verification and innovations developing, new technologies were implemented in the production process.

DUAL FUEL generators Könner & Söhnen are the most popular among customers because of their efficiency. You can use either unleaded gasoline or liquefied gas (propane-butane).

Running generator on LPG prolongues the lifespan of an engine. Using generator with LPG fuel is very simple, all necessary equipment is provided with the machine. Generator is equipped with a hose with gas-flow control feature. All you need is to connect the generator to your LPG tank and start the engine.

If necessary, the generator can be switched to consumption of gasoline easily. To operate on gasoline, generator is equipped with 4-stroke petrol engine KS-series, which ensures stability of its work. It’s not allowed to connect generator to LPG main. For a long and effective work, generators should be connected to portable LPG tanks only.

In the new season we present an updated line of «HEAVY DUTY» series diesel generators.

These generators are designed for longer operation due to increased motor resource of the engine, reinforced frame structure and components of increased strength. The resource of engines exceeds 3000 operating hours, which is checked and confirmed by multi-level and multi-hour tests, a guarantee and European quality certificates.

The updated «HEAVY DUTY» series diesel generators include interesting models equipped with a unique VTS system, which allows to use generator in a single-phase and three-phase mode without any loss of power.

Also, diesel generators are equipped with a universal ATS output for connecting the Automatic Transwer Switch. All the generators of the «HEAVY DUTY» series are equipped with preheating function, which will help to start the generator without problems in the winter and more powerful batteries (30 Ah).

The «HEAVY DUTY» series generators are intended for use not only as a source of backup power, but also for longer loads.

In the new season the assortment of «HEAVY DUTY» series diesel generators were replenished with an exclusive model in a noise-proof and vandal-proof housing model KS 9200HDES -1/3 ATSR of «HEAVY DUTY SILENT» series. This model has a number of advantages, compared to the standard range of diesel generators, due to the diesel generator protective housing.

KS 9200HDES -1/3 ATSR has a reduced noise level and additional protection against all weather influences, as well as dust and dirt. A robust metal housing will protect the generator from intrusion attempts.

Like other diesel generators of the «HEAVY DUTY» series, this model has an increased motor resource exceeding 3000 operating hours, equipped with a pre-heating system, which is especially relevant in the cold season, and is equipped with a unique phase switching system VTS.

Gasoline generators of the inverter type are a convenient and portable source of energy. The range of inverter generators is represented from 1.0 to 3.5 kW. Such a range of power can satisfy the needs of any customer and cover all possible uses for this type of generator. Inverter generators are presented both in a noise-insulating casing, and in standard execution (with an open frame One) of the key differences in these generators is the fact that they produce an electric current with a purely smoothed sinusoid. All gasoline tillers are made on the basis of our own engines, which are marked with an individual serial number. This allows us to control the quality of production and service more efficiently. In our range we provide models for any need - with working width from 45 to 145 cm. This gives us the opportunity to cover all aspects of consumer’s demand.

A number of advantages make Könner & Söhnen tillers more convenient to use. Optionally, depending on the model, Könner & Söhnen tillers have: • an additional protective grill has been added to the muffler to prevent burns. • the control panel rotates not only up and down, but also left-to-right, which makes the work much easier, allowing you to walk on the side of the track. • on the control panel there is a special toolbox for some tools or other things. • In the largest model, it became possible, if necessary, to purchase special axles to facilitate the turn, as well as the possibility of choosing the size of the wheels. • Also, a full range of accessories is added, which will be suitable for all models (simple plow, plow-hiller, potato-digger, metal wheels).

DIMAX International GmbH presents modern and reliable water pumps «Könner & Söhnen», which were developed by German engineers to meet the needs of the buyer. In our assortment we offer various modifications: gasoline engine pumps for clean water, dirty water and high-pressure pumps.

In assortment of pumps for clean water we offer models with productivity ranging from 500 to 1350 l / min and engine power of 5.5 to 9 hp. Motor pumps for dirty water can pump water from occurring debris (dirt) of 2.5 cm in diameter. High-pressure pump is indispensable for jobs related to the rise of the water to great heights. It can be used for water towers or for watering crops . Also high-pressure pumps are often called «fire pumps», they can lift a jet of water to a height of 70 meters.

All models of water pumps in a product line «Könner & Söhnen» have a high lifespan, economical fuel consumption and mobility. Water pumps can be easily moved from one location where it is necessary to pump water to the other. They do not depend on a power source. Strong steel frame protects the water pump from damage and deformation and can be used for easier transportation.

HISTORY OF TM «K&S BASIC»

DIMAX Group thanks you for cooperation and interest in «Könner & Söhnen» products! We are pleased to introduce the next stage of our products’ development - «K&S BASIC» trademark, the basic line of generators.

The idea of its creation originated as a result of great interest and frequent questions from our customers regarding the possibility of creating generators in a more affordable price segment and of lower power (from 1.0 to 2.5 kW).

In the process of realization, engineers of DIMAX Group managed to create highly competitive products with appropriate price which corresponds the philosophy of a high-quality budget generator for household use.

The emphasis was made on the following points:- Generators have basic structure;- All generators have analog voltmeters;- All gasoline models have manual start;- Diesel generators are equipped with 20 Ah/h battery; generators supplied without glow plug;- Lifespan of motors corresponds to the household segment.

- The aluminum alternator’s wires are used in some models. It creates the opportunity to choose, but client always makes choice himself.- An attractive and easily recognizable design has been developed. Elastic handles are used for the convenience of transportation and perfectly complete the final look of the product.
