THE 2017 LAUNCH OF CITY CIRCLESGeniusU currently has over 500,000 members and is growing by over 20,000 new entrepreneurs each month. To support our members, in 2017 we are launching 100+ City Circles around the world. These slides explain our mission, vision, how the circles will work and how you can be a City Circle Leader.

OUR VISION

By the end of 2017 GeniusU will serve as your virtual assistant, with Genie, our resident A.I. guiding you to the most relevant knowledge, connections and opportunities daily.

During 2017 GeniusU is getting increasingly personalized through the assessments, missions and circles that each entrepreneur participates in, while we grow our mentor community to support entrepreneurs in each circle.Visit GeniusU

OUR GROWTHBy the end of 2017 we expect to have over 1,000,000 members with over 50,000 new members joining each month.

OUR PURPOSE CIRCLESIn August 2016 we launched GeniusU Circles around the 17 United Nations Global Goals and linked to the Purpose Test. We appointed Purpose Circle Leaders to support the members of each circle.

In 2017 each of these circles will show measurable progress towards each of the 17 Global Goals, and the contribution of GeniusU members towards these goals in impacts and apprenticeships. These circles serve as a pilot for the City Circles we are now launching in Jan 2017.

OUR CITY CIRCLES

Each City Circle will include the same functions as other GeniusU circles, with mentors, a members list and a genius stream. All members who join GeniusU will be connected to their city circle.

In addition each City Circle will make use of our new events module to run Entrepreneur Socials each month and will have the opportunity to host a Fast Forward Satellite Summit in 2017

MONTHLY ENTREPRENEUR SOCIALSEach GeniusU Leader will commit to host a monthly evening Entrepreneur Social, which will include a 30 minute talk and Q&A with an entrepreneur making a social impact, the lessons they have learned and best advice. Video of the talk will be shared on GeniusU and link to a monthly theme on Entrepreneur TV.

ANNUAL FAST FORWARD SATELLITE SUMMITThe 50 most active circles will be invited to host a Fast Forward Satellite Summit, to coincide with the London Fast Forward Summit in London. Each will live stream the event and be equipped with the slides, playsheets and guide to make this a fully interactive live session in sync with the other 50 cities.

THE IDEAL CITY CIRCLE LEADER

Aligned to our vision and culture: You are a purpose-driven entrepreneur that believes in collaboration and community.

A mentor and student: You are committed to ongoing growth through entrepreneur education: As a mentor and a student.

A team leader: You are seeking to build a team and grow a vibrant community of social entrepreneurs in your city.

A GeniusX member: While there is no charge to be a City Leader, all City Leaders are paid-up GeniusX members.

To qualify to be a city circle leader, we are looking for individuals that fit the following criteria:

ANSWERS TO SOME QUESTIONS

1. Can there be multiple circles in a city? Any GeniusX member can set up a circle. But only one in each city will be the official City Circle that we will direct all members to.

2. What if I am not successful? We will be appointing one City Circle Leader in each city, plus team members. You can play either way.

3. How long is the appointment? First appointments are for a three month trial. Provided events are being run, this will extend to annual.

4. How can I run a Fast Forward Satellite Summit? The City Circle Leaders that extend from the trial to annual leadership will be given the opportunity to run a Satellite Summit in September, with the impact and earnings that this will create. You will promote these locally and we will promote them globally.

THE NEXT STEPSApply today at www.geniusu.com/citycircles to be a City Circle Leader. We will then review all applications and appoint the 1st group of City Circle Leaders in Jan 2017. The first Entrepreneur Socials will begin in Jan and Feb 2017, and the first GeniusU Global Conference for City Circle Leaders will be held in South Africa on Safari in Feb 2017.
