Test ParticularsInter School Olympics (ISO)ISO comprises a combined MCQ Test for Primary and Middle School (Grades 1 to 7) in 6 subjects: Math, Science, English, Computers, GK and Aptitude. Questions are framed based on previous year’s curriculum and are more applied in nature than theoretical. They are designed to assess a student’s ability to comprehend, grasp and remember concepts. Students are assessed on a relative scale against all other students of the same grade across the country. The average of best 3 subjects is measured as the Composite Individual Score (CIS) which is then used to shortlist top scorers, who participate in the Finals which have no further academics. The Finals of this competition, comprises only Personality Assessment.

Global Aptitude Assessment (GAAT)General Aptitude is an essential element of all competitive exams that students face in the future for higher studies or placement. GAAT is designed to guide and encourage students from an early age itself, to understand Logic, Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Quantitative Analysis & General Knowledge which comprise the foundation of this Test. GAAT is organized as a single stage, MCQ test for Middle and High School students (Grades 4 to 12) conducted in various schools, where students get absolute as well as relative scores for each section of the test.

VocabthalonVocabthalon is a Comprehensive English Language Test, which includes elements of Vocabulary, Spellings, Comprehension and Grammar, specially designed for students of each class. Vocabthalon is organized as a single stage, MCQ test for Middle and High School students (Grades 4 to 12) conducted in various schools, where students get absolute as well as relative scores for each section of the test.

AptiCheckAptiCheck is the first and only such test, specifically designed for High school students to provide deep insights into specific personality traits and attributes, which influence hobbies, interests, field of study and future career. Most students as well as their parents and teachers struggle to decide the most appropriate field of study or career and mostly do so, basis recommendations or advise from friends / relatives or their perception of a child’s abilities which may often be contrary to the actual personality traits of a child. Since there are no right wrong answers in this test, there is no need for any study, preparation, invigilation or evaluation. How to ParticipateGenNxt assessments are available only through participating schools and cannot be taken by a student directly. To participate in any GenNxt Test / competition, please contact us at info@genNxt.com for details of the process involved. The steps are very simple and as follows:

How to PrepareThe best way to prepare students for ISO, GAAT and Vocabthalon is to encourage them to go through their own school books because questions are based on standard school curriculum itself (from the previous year’s syllabus). Moreover, the Foundation provides a Handbook, with sample questions, to provide an indication of the nature and difficulty of questions. Additional study material is neither recommended nor required as we do not believe in overburdening a child. For AptiCheck, there is no preparation required as there are no right / wrong answers. It is best for a student to relax, not think too hard and attempt it honestly & sincerely. It is important for all of us to understand that there is no good / bad Personality. Every child is unique and this test only provides an overall guidance basis the answers indicated by the child. It must not be relied upon entirely and must be supplemented with the teacher's / parent’s assessment and observation of the child also.
