Genova's liability in all cases is limited to a refund of the factory purchase price or factory replacement of the product proven to be unserviceable for its intended use. In no case will Genova be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation any claims for installation labor, property damage or personal injury.

All Genova products are designed only for their intended use. Any use of our products in applications or for purposes which are contrary to the written recommendations in our catalog, the product packaging or printed on the products themselves, including without limitation any commercial application, any use with compressed air or gases, or any other use or application for which our products were not designed or intended, will void all otherwise applicable wrranties, expressed or implied, and will be at the user's sole risk. Improper design, installation, operation or use of our products may cause extensive damage and serious or fatal bodily injury. Genova Products, Inc. is not responsible for any damage, injury or loss which results from or in connection wtih any unauthorized use or application of our products.

You may also have other rights under state law. In the event of a problem with a warranty service or performance, you may be able to go to small claims court, a State cour, or a Federal district court.

Although our warranties do not extend directly to end users of our products, Genova protects the organizations you purchased it from and they can rely on Genova for prompt action.

Genova warrants all of its vinyl railing to be manufactured in conformance to its rigid quality assurance standards and to function properly within the limitations posed by standard residential railing applications when installed in accordance to good installation practice and specific recommendations outlined in our installation instructions.
